I used this for the first time to make royal icing rises and was so please with the ease of it. The size is perfect for small to medium size flowers and the base sits perfectly flat. The stem is long enough to hold but not too long to be awkward and it washes up well too. I will order multiple of these in the future to make a lot of roses at once!

It works better than most cores as it does not remove too much of the center of the cake but still provides the heat needed for evenly baked cakes!!
