Reviews for Ateco 4909 2" x 3" Stainless Steel Round Cake / Food Ring Mold

The stainless steel round cake molds are perfectly sized for our cheese cake desserts. Graham cracker Crusts are pressed formed in the bottom, filling added and baked then cooled in the freezer to frozen. To extract the cheesecake we simply torch the out side for a second and the cake releases allowing to be pushed out. A great way to dress up a classic dessert.

We ordered several different Ateco shaped molds for various plating needs. They are all good value for the money spent and should last us a long time.

These are delightful and very sturdy. We had a slight problem in shipping -- a few got bent, but Webstaurant Store was quick to send replacements free of charge. Otherwise, they hold up great in the dishwasher and from regular use.

I recommend this Ateco 2”x3” food ring mould as it has a few things going for it. Quality wise it is made from a good quality durable stainless steel with a nice chrome finish that is easy to clean. Importantly this product is helpful with both consistent plating presentation and a consistent portioning. Helpful product.

This is a great food mold! It is really strong and sturdy and a good size for lots of uses. Pack it full of rice for a nice dinner presentation, use it to cut out brownies for dessert. The skies the limit to what you can do with these molds.

These rings are indeed 2.75", sturdy, quality and hold up well to continued use and heavy cleaning. We have several dozen and use them often.

I use this mold for plating (cheesecakes, confit byaldi, etc.) and it's absolutely perfect. It's just the right size and need and the inside seam doesn't get in my way. This is absolutely perfect for me. Knowing it's form Ateco, I expect it to outlast any cheap ring mold you can find.

This plating ring is high quality! It's isn't even close to flimsy. The thick stainless steel is totally smooth. I have to look at it very hard to even find a seam. I'm impressed!

I love Ateco molds, there's such great quality. Thick, strong metal. This size is a bit wider and shorter than the other ring mold that Ateco offers, which makes it even more versatile because it can be used to shape mini tartlet crusts a bit easier.

These 3.5 inch forms are extremely sturdy and well made. I bought one to take out cake centers for filling and was very pleased at their construction. I would buy more.

These are a heavy duty ring mold that stands up to the usual kitchen abuse, and still perform well. Stainless, of course, and super easy to clean and store.

I bought it for cutting biscuits, but lately have been using it for plating. It's surprisingly sturdy, made with fairly heavy stainless steel. I'd recommend grabbing a few sizes.

I've searched for better prices but these round forms are always expensive but you get what you pay for because we've never had one become misshapen.

Extremely well crafted. It's not a thin piece of sheet metal with rivets like a cookie-cutter; this is a solid piece of metal that holds it shape without flexing.

I love this food mold. I use it to make an avocado mango crab stack and its very easy to just layer the ingredients in the mold and then lift the mold off. Plus its super easy to clean.

Perfect for plating side dishes like mashed root veggies. We've been using these for several months. They hold up well and wash well and release the food.
