This is an exceptional tool for filling eclairs and cream puffs. Similar tips sold on other sites are smaller and do not allow the free flow of the filling. I love this product and would recommend it to both hobbyists like myself and professionals alike.

This works awesome with custards and whipped creams for filing pastries and cupcakes. The thicker tip allows for proper cleaning. Quick delivery. We are very happy with this and definitely recommend it.

Sturdy metal, does not bend

Works great for filling cupcakes but be aware that the description says the opening is .57" for the large but the opening of the tip is only a little over .25".

almost all of our tips that we ordered ended up breaking at the seam. however we are still able to use them for the purpose intended.

Exactly to be expected - I did order the small and the medium because I wasn't sure what I needed. There is not much of a difference between the two, performance wise there is no difference. Cleaned and dried well. Great product.

perfect tip for filling doughnuts with a chunky filling since it has a larger hole. seems to be built very well, and has not shown any signs of rust in the year i've been using it.

This tip is everything! It is wonderful for filling cupcakes without having to core then first. It makes it quick and simple, and is easy to use.

Great Ateco tip as always. Really sad that it got bent after just a few weeks of using but it's cheap enough to buy in bulk so that's helpful.

This piping tip is nicely made, good quality. We don't use it much simply because it's usually a little too small for most of the things we are trying to pipe.

I like this tip, it is high quality stainless steel , very easy to use for filling inside of mini cream puffs or éclairs. Highly recommend!!

This is a useful piece of thing. Normally used to stuff donuts but you can use for eclairs too. Savory stuff that is fluid enough to pass through the hole that is slightly bigger than a regular straw. You pretty much can use this with any piping bag.

The absolute perfect solution for all of your filling needs! These are a bit thicker than the other ateco filling tips, which works great for my custards and curd fillings for my cupcakes. No more wasting cupcake cores for me!

This tip is excellent for filling cream puffs! I have also used it to fill cupcakes with a cream cheese filling but it works better if there is already a cavity like in any type of choux based pastry

My staff and I can't live without these tips when filling eclairs and donuts. These tips are fantastic and are surprisingly long. They wash well.

Very nicely built little piping tip, you absolutely need this if you bake éclairs. The tip is thin enough that it will not make a huge hole in the choux, and large enough that it won't take forever to fill up the éclair. Really great buy at this price, I'd buy again in a heartbeat but this will last a lifetime!

Product was exactly what I ordered and good quality too. This tool is easy to use and really needs no instructions. Worked great for injecting cupcakes.

This worked perfect for what i wanted. I needed to fill some truffle shells and needed a longer small tip and this was just what I needed.

This is a great tip, but not as big as we though it was. I was going to use it to fill cupcakes but our frosting is too thick to go through the small opening. We will find another use for it I'm sure.

Purchased about 8 of these for filling donuts. The spout is too skinny in my opinion. It’s almost drizzles out. Nothing wrong with the overall product, just not wide enough for jams etc

This tip is great for filling eclairs. I don't think there really is any other use for it but if you do make eclairs, it is a must!

Sturdy and durable, easy to clean. However, we would prefer that the factory sticker not be placed directly on product, as the adhesive is difficult to remove. Also, slight knock in tube part of tip, catches on everything, but doesn’t seem to affect dispensing.

Good piping tip but a little smaller than we expected. If you are filling donuts or cupcakes with smooth filling it's fine, but for anything chunky, get something else

This tip works great to fill cupcakes...i fill it from the top and cover the hole over with icing... Will deffintly be buying more awesome product

This tip is great for filling éclairs and cupcakes. It is small so your filling does need to be smooth but it makes filling easier once you get the hang of it.

I have and use this at home and just ordered one to keep in my toolbox at the bakeshop. These are great for filling profiteroles and eclairs, easier than filling it without a tip.

I purchased these Ateco 231 3 1/2" Bismark Piping Tip (August Thomsen) to aid me filling my cupcakes with creams and jams..It does a terrific job and it's very good quality. I will purchase these again.

I own many piping tips from Ateco and all of them work well with the bags, couplers, and cleaning brush as long as you use the correct sized items in relation to the tip on your bag. This company has a huge selection of piping tips and the Ateco 231 3 1/2" Bismark Piping Tip works great for piping a thicker or larger holes of filling inside of a dessert.

I happened upon this tip by accident. I originally was looking for a small till to fill cream puffs. So when I saw this I had to get it and I'm glad I did. It works great. Not just for cream puffs be and doughnut or pastry that needs filling and you don't have an auto filler available

when i first i saw this i didnt know what the use of it was but i was required to have it for school so i got it. And now i am using it for filling eclairs, cream puffs, cupcakes, everything!! its awesome the price is great, michaels is expensive for these tips.
