We bought this one after purchasing two of the six-wheel cutters. We wanted a seven wheel cutter so that when we cut our large sheet pan of bar cookies, we can get the exact six pieces without having to shift the cutter, when working on the short side of the sheet pan. It doesn't cut as well when it comes to bar cookies, but it's great for our homemade crackers.

We use this to cut bar desserts and brownies. It will not cut through anything too firm, but it is great for scoring. I do find that the wheels wobble a bit, and that can result in off sized pieces.

So happy I finally bought one of these tools! I use it for cutting croissant dough. It is adjustable and makes the shaping much more consistent.

I’m the FudgeQueen in my world. I needed a tool to help me cut my fudge slabs equally. I ordered all 3 sizes of this pastry cutter. I use multiple pan sizes for my slabs. I’m well pleased with the ease of use and excellent quality. So glad I decided to check this website for better quality. Checked Amazon site for pizza wheels and most reviews said wheels were wobbly.

This pastry cutter has been really useful in our bakery's operations. We use them to cut brownies, blondies, and other "bar" type desserts. It's easy to get your hands caught in them if you're not used to using them, so be careful if you own these! However, they're sturdy and cut straight lines.

this wheel pastry cutter is such a help! it saves me so much time measuring and cutting my bark. the only drawback is, that the wheels do move with pressure

We use this to score desserts to cut them into identical shapes. It wobbles on size a tiny bit, but it's definitely a LOT more stable than the non-Ateco pastry cutter that's also on this site. I'd say if you aren't super concerned with exact sizes, get the generic brand, but if you need to get things super consistent, get this one.

This cutter is very solid and sharp! I have had good luck slicing room temperature brownies and bars. It's easy to tighten and I wash it in the dishwasher. I have tried to cut through cold brownies and it was impossible for me!

Great for portioning croissants. So far no rust after 5 uses. Locking mechanism holds in place.

Works great for marking and cutting bars. Very sturdy and rigid. I set it to 2 inch spacing and all of them were within 1/16 of an inch.

Has stood up to daily use which is the most important thing! A great product for items that need to be consistent. It is funny how many people mention how things are so straight or cut the same until the realize a tool like this exists!! Great overall.

I spent the summer making desserts for 800 plus people. And this accordion cutter was used everyday. I used it, nut to cut, but to mark my dessert so I could get uniform cuts and help get the number of desserts I needed for the people. I am so glad I had this cutter with me. Also nice quality, price was hundred percent worth it.

So we purchased these to used to mark even cuts in our loaf breads . Although it didn't work for what we wanted but the quality of the cutter is great. It stays in place and does a decent job for other jobs

This is a better option for us than a 6-wheel pastry cutter, and all of the wheels move smoothly without too much wobbling. I am always concerned that the measurements stay accurate between the wheels, and so far no problems with this. We use it almost every day.

I hemmed-and-hawed about whether or not I would use this tool if I bought it, but I've had it now for a couple of years, and I find that I use it all the time. . . . when making any kind of dough that has to be cut, be it roll dough or sugar cookie dough or pie dough . . . when cutting large pans of brownies/bars into even slices . . . when making gentle impressions in buttercream to serve as cut lines on sheet cakes that clients will be cutting themselves . . . and on and on . . .

This was a wonderfully heavy duty product, yet easy to handle. It cuts neatly and precisely and cut down on my production time considerably. Definitely a tool for life!

This pastry cutter has made our Swedish cinnamon roll dough so much easier to process. For the price I am very impressed; the blades are sharp, the spacing stays even and the cutter is sturdy. Highly recommend.

This pastry cutter has great rigidity. The lack of flex makes it easier to quickly adjust and tighten the locking nut when working with finicky doughs that need to be marked for quicker processing. I haven't used these to cut ravioli or anything like that, but for croissants, the wheels aren't large enough to cut through the dough, so I would recommend a larger wheel version, but I prefer a knife anyways.

I love this 5 wheel stainless pastry cutter. You get even cuts every time. The variety of settings is wonderful because it allows you to use it for many different types of pastries and cookies.

Great tool for cutting multiple rows at once. Heavy, nice quality. Not exact but very close to even rows. Wing nut allows adjustment to desired width.

This is a nice weight 'bicycle', doesn't wobble. I use as marking tool for dividing croissant dough and also for cutting chocolate decor squares. This is good quality, comparable to same tool that runs a lot more. Highly recommend!

I needed an easy and effective way to cut perfectly square cookie bars and this works perfectly! The width is adjustable and locks into place so my bars are the exact same size every time. I was worried that the melted chocolate chips would cause drag and stick the the blades, but it glides through effortlessly with very little drag. Each bar is cleanly cut every time.

I like to use this cutter for my apple, cherry and strawberry pies. It makes a perfect shape every time and it washes up well. I will use this for many years to come.

We use this for both croissants, laminated buns and lattice pie tops in our bakery. When we use it for croissants we use a measuring tape to get it even and use it form marking and as a guide rather than to cut. You do have to take care to make sure the arms are all equidistant before you tighten it as they don't always adjust and expand evenly. With pie dough that's being cut into lattice tops we're less exact and it's thin enough that we do use it as a cutting implement.

Great dough cutters. These are wonderful for cutting crusts evenly to layer over top of pies. Makes the strips all the same size and straight effortlessly.

the most uses I do with it is cutting larger noodles or thicker pastry. very solid and has shown no rust but I hand wash and dry

Well made and very helpful for quantity control. I don't so much use it as a cutting tool though. I will mark the top of whatever I need cut and then come back with a knife. I do this on tougher to cut items like sheet brownies or tiramisu. Works great and well made in my experience.

AWESOME cutter. Straight NO wobble lines with multiple settings. Plus it closes and locks for easy storage. This is by far the best cutter I have purchased.

this is one of my favorite pastry tools! it is perfect for a number of applications - cutting lattice, puff pastry, cake portioning, etc. this is a great quality, heavy duty and the wheel locks well. i do recommend measuring to make sure the wheel spacing is even before cutting.

I bought this pastry cutter to use for cutting multiple strips of fondant/modelling chocolate for cake decorating. It is well-made, and easy to use. Adjusting the space between the wheels is a snap! It works great and was well worth the money.

A great help when trying to portion baked goods evenly. I use this to cut soft doughs/pie crust and mark harder things like brownies and rice crispy treats made in sheet pans. The center screw that keeps everything spaced evenly fell out this morning, but I just stuck it back in and I think everything’s ok. Good quality metal.
