I brought this interchangeable wheel for when I'm decorating cakes and need crisp straight lines. Or like if need to do the diamond print with fondant. its the perfect tool.

This is the best mat I've used so far for rolling out fondant to cover cakes. It's nice and flat, it's thin enough to lift up the edge and get under the fondant, it's surface is fantastic for non stick with the fondant - required just a little cornstarch to keep the fondant moving on the mat.

This is an awesome fondant tool for its price, comes with the 3 interchangeable wheels that conveniently store on the handle of the tool. sturdy plastic cleans easy.

The ateco fondant cutter/ embosser is a little difficult for me to work with, mine doesn't roll or cut smoothly, it sticks along the way, maybe mine is defective.

A must have if you work with fondant. The edges are sharp and make it a "one pass" fondant cutter. Other cutters I have had I would need to go back and forth on the cut in order to get a clean edge, not with this product! Will be purchasing a second one.

I needed a cheap but reliable fondant cutter to cut straight lines for ribbon and this worked perfectly. I haven’t yet used the embossers but they were easy to switch out.

Nice cutter but it could have be smoother. Maybe a metal cutter would have been better for the task at hand. But needless to say still a very nice product for the price.

Get a couple of these will make cutting out fondant faster. When doing multiple colors of fondant I find its easier to have a couple of these cutters out to make the job move faster.

This embosser works really well for creating that stitched look on fondant. There are a few other wheels that come with it that create different effects. Nice product if you work with fondant!

I make a lot of fondant shoes and found that having a bigger tool helps with the stitching of them. I would recommend this product.

Small but very use full. This is a great little item to cut Fondant with simple but still very nice. now it is only 5 inches but when you are cutting Fondant you don't want to much

I really like this embosser You have to move the wheels a bit when you first get it to make sure that they can spin but after that this works great!! It is very nice to have when you are working with a lot of fondant!

Such a useful little tool. A must have for fondant work. Helps cut fondant at the bottom of cakes easily and great for cutting out fondant pieces.

It's convenient and economical to come with changeable wheels. It's also handy that the cutter stores them. The patterns this creates are useful and make beautiful treats.

For the money it was a useful tool but did find that it broke fairly easily and would need to be used gently and overall I liked that the cutters were stored within the handle

This works great for what I use it for! I generally just use it to make a quilted look for buttercream iced cakes and then I also use it for outlining fondant! Great little tool!

A tool that every cake decorator must have. Works great! It is super easy to use and the price fits the bill. I recommend having more than one.

I like how this fondant cutter was packaged. I am using it to create a quilt pattern in my fondant based cake. Wish me luck.

Interchangeable discs to add different detail to fondant work. The plastic edge is dull, so the "cutting" disc isn't crisp, but the stitching discs worked perfectly to create level of detail I needed without cutting all the way through the fondant.

Love this tool to cut and imprint on fondant, gum paste, and modeling chocolate. Use recently to make quilted design on fondant to top valentines sugar cookies.
