These knives get the job done but they are quite flimsy. We offer them to cut our large cookies and they bend but haven't broken yet so that's a plus.

This is a good product and the price is reasonable. I also purchased the fork and spoon. Packaging is small and the quantity is perfect for my small cafe. It’s easy to store so it doesn’t take up a ton of space on the shelf.

Pretty flimsy for a knife but it will work for the most part. Not for steak or any food too difficult to cut. this is for like fish or soft meats.

These are good knives for the price. They are a bit flimsy and can't handle heavy duty cutting or a heavy pressure load, but that is to be expected considering they are only medium weight. We use these for catering orders since we supply the utensils free of charge to our customers.

Medium weight was too flimsy for our use. Very difficult to cut anything. We now use the heavy weight and are very happy with the switch.

I'm not a fan of the Choice Medium Weight product. They are so week and flimsy that the don't serve the purpose they were bought for. I literally tossed the box in the trash!

Bought these to save a client some money. The price is cheap and so is the product.... it bends when you try to use it. Almost non functioning!

Very good quality, especially for price. I used this knife to cut through bread and cake and it held up very well. Though some of the other reviews are correct that it is a bit flexible, it seems to be a good single use knife and would work very well for to-go meals, food trucks, or for desserts. I will be using at my wedding and am very happy with the product. The packaging is good.

Very sturdy plastic knives. The quality and price are both great and we use them daily on our outside deck service area. Very rarely have one break.

If you need a light weight knife, this one does the trick. Not strong enough to stir a bottle of thick peanut butter or cut thick/tough foods easily.

Choice Medium Weight Black Plastic Knife - 1000/Case #130BKNIFE --- these knives are perfect for what we need them for. I was worried about the medium weight being to flimsy but they're not at all.

Inexpensive flatware that performs well for us at school for our various potluck meals! Everyone looks forward to these meals and it's convenient to have utensils provided at a low cost.

We use these for customers to apply cream cheese or butter to bagels mostly. They bend quite a bit when applying cream cheese, so I'm thinking of switching to a heavier duty knife the next time I order.

This knife has the best cutting skills. I use to cut my bagel. This product does not break easily. It is very strong. tHis product can hold a bagel.

We need knives for people to spread sauce or cut hot dogs or a burger, so these are an economical solution. We don't need heavy duty, they work great for our needs.

They say these are "medium weight" but they are pretty flimsy; the only thing they will really be good for is spreading sauces. They probably won't cut easily through cold butter. They are also pretty small, but nonetheless, they are cheap, and all I really needed them for was to spread sauces.
