75% of the time, these are great containers and serve their purpose. But 25% of the time, either the boxes contain a large number of broken bottoms or tops, or worse, the tops don't fit properly. We are a non-profit community supper program and when we reach into a box to pack up meals and the lids don't work, it is a huge problem. I'm getting increasingly more and more frustrated with this product.

Only 3 stars because multiple bowls and lids arrived cracked and unusable. Otherwise they are really good containers well suited for small entrees and stews for our grab and go case.

These containers only get worse over the years, we use about 3500 units a month and i need to personally check every bowl as the plastic they use should NOT be NSF certified, the containers are make of plastic that breaks up into small pieces, they seemed to fix the problem a few years ago but the last year or so they have gotten really bad, less than half the case is useable. When we first upgrated to these plastic containers over 10 years ago we used a Gen Pak product that was great, with flexible plastic that really held up, now the market is flooded with Chinese plastic that is dangerous to use, this isn't limited to WS they all buy from China unfortunately

I ordered a case of these and stacks have the edges that are crumbled and unusable. Those that aren't damaged are fine but I can't take the risk.

PLEASE STOP CHANGING THE DESIGN OF THESE! We are constantly noticing changes between shipments of these containers. We've been using them for 4 years in my meal prep business, and the most recent change to the design makes it so they don't stack well at all. Meals are constantly falling in our fridges and getting damaged because of it. We noticed a change about 4-6 weeks ago and have been on the hunt for a new brand because of it. I would love to keep ordering these, but they have to be able to stack or it just won't work for us.

We have bought this product for number of years now. It used to be a However their quality has degraded drastically. Last month we bough 600 boxes (4 packs of 150 boxes) - and each pack had a big number of boxes broken in the corners - absolutely unusable. The plastic quality has degraded - very flimsy. Unless you plan to pack potato chips in these - looks like these will break anytime. One thing surely increased - the price. These days every company blames every wrong service on COVID. I am sure this manufacturer will also do the same. I am also sure COVID came inside these packaged boxes and crushed them just for the kick of it. Terrible degradation of the product.

I always have containers on hand and the 38oz rectangle container is perfect for lunches, to go packs when guests leave my home, and packing goodies for when we are on the go. I have purchased 4 different brands over the years. I am known in the neighborhood for my 'little black containers'. I ordered these in January but did not have a need to start using them until a few weeks ago. So far, used about 20... and every single one of them has had the same problem. Once the lid is on... attempting to remove it results in a cracked lid. Not only are they no longer re-usable... I have gotten chards of plastic in my food... I will be going back to the other brands I have ordered before. Guess it is true... I did get what I paid for.

These containers are perfect for our salads we use. They are big enough to fit all of our ingredients and the container really makes the salad look beautiful and fresh. HOWEVER, they come in 150 quantities but expect to receive half of those that are usable. They packaging is really weak so during shipping many are broken upon arrival. So, if you need 150, you might as well order two of these or get them somewhere else until they package/fix this issue.

This 32 oz. container is wonderful. It holds so much more than I thought it would and I love that it is goes straight from the fridge to the microwave. Last time I purchased this was a year ago and imagine my surprise when I went to reorder and the price has gone up! That is a huge increase for a year. I loved purchasing from webstaurant in the past, but I can't keep up with the huge price increases.

Very fragile!! At least half of these bowls were cracked/chipped upon arrival! The few that weren’t broke, we used to make single freezer meals. Once frozen, they become so fragile and would break with almost no pressure. Would not recommend! Will not repurchase!

Very beautiful You can Easley open and close and safe in microwave and freezer and keep food safe long i always love to offer my meals by them

These are a very good size container for lunch sized meals. The kids fit well and don’t leak easily like some others. The lids do tend to break sooner than the base though. I’ve been very happy with them so far for meal prep containers and will continue to buy. They are good for 3-4 uses and washings before breaking down.

Great containers! However they come broken every single time. I think they must use a forklift because the boxes are completely damaged and literally half of the containers are unusable. Yet, the company is great at sending replacements when you provide pictures

I like this container a lot. It holds a nice amount of food. The white color is a very clean look. Great product and shipping was fast.

75% of the bowls arrived with the sides broken and unusable. I would not recommend this product due to its lack of durability. Now I have 100 useless lids.

I have been using these for 1.5 years. We do meal prepping in my house and these are awesome. Each one has been through the dishwasher and microwaved many dozens of times. I started with 25 sets and I am down to about 18. Several have cracked and a few were microwaved for way too long. Overall I am extremely happy with how long they have lasted. They also stack really well so it makes loading the fridge easy.

In every pack, there will be 1 or 2 boxes or lids that were broken. Otherwise this is sturdier compared to the larger portion container.

These are really solid little dishes, especially for something that seems designed for take out containers. I bought them for meal prep because they are freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe! This is the perfect size for portion control, and as a bonus, you get 150 for the same price you'd get 12 on other sites or any big box retailer. The price and quantity just means if one gets broken or lost, i won't lose sleep over it.

Hi everyone, just let you guys know that they changed the size of the products but didn't site on the info, the new one we got is not 38oz, its very shallow shape and can't be use for ramen/pho. Check the pic to see the differences.

Product is great, I have ordered a lot of them but my only problem is the packaging . They pack 4 cases together and the FedEx people probably just throw them around because they are over 50lbs or almost 50lbs. They are just to heavy. Talk to customer service last time and they still shipped them the same way. I just ordered 8 of them and I won’t be surprised if they 2 bundles of 4 cases together.

Many lids damaged, at least 10 per stack, reducing usable number of containers to approximately 120. Packing does not protect containers at all.

Love these bowls! Sometimes in the packaging the bowls and lids come together in one bag, I preferred it being separate since my business is a food truck and I have limited space. Other than that the product is worth it!

These have become so fragile that they have sent shards of plastic into food that had to be discarded. They do not stack well and have caused multiple issues in my grab and go cases. I have lost over a hundred dollars in food waste, not to mention the parts of the stack that had to be discarded due to arriving chipped and broken. I would not recommend.

This has been our go-to container for several years. But lately, something has changed with the lids to where they do not stack. Constantly falling over making them virtually useless for food prep. Probably still fine if you're only using as a to-go container and not trying to stack prepped items.

Good product, but wish they'd sell it with no lids... I don't know what to do with all of those leftover lids...

Smaller than a standard 38oz and weak to hold much less microwavable. False advertising.

I own a meal prep company. We have been in business for 7 years I've been using these for the last 4. i have purchased easily thousands of these. Hands down the best option for price / quality. I've found cheaper, that couldn't guarantee the food make it safely, I've found stronger that cost twice as much. These check all the boxes at a price point we love, especially if you buy them in bulk. I have them on auto order in bulk to get the discount. set it an forget it unless i run low. We constantly get comments from customers about how they wash and reuse them. Only issue i have once in a blue moon we will receive some slightly damaged. Not enough or often enough to send them back but it is frustrating to lose 20-30 plates in every batch of 500 or so, but i imagine that's more of a shipping issue and not product. Definitely recommend.

Not only do we use these for soups and pastas, but also for cobbler and brownie sundaes. Perfect size and sturdy enough to hold up under a little weight!

Great product for the restaurant and the size makes it a good bargain. Shipping charges were a bit much but when we order more items it gets cheaper.

I re-ordered these containers but had some old lids left. The old lids didn't fit, so the new container and new lids are a different product (but same product number). Many of the containers were chipped and cracked at the rim, making them unusable, and the lids do not snap tight like the previous product, making to-go items containing any liquid a problem. The quality has definitely gone downhill on these.

These are one of my favorite food containers. It holds a lot and is very sturdy. The lid fits very tightly. I love that it's Microwaveable.

I love these little dishes! They are the perfect size for our carry out sides and guests love that they can wash and reuse them. Pricing is fantastic as well!

We really like these bowls. We use them to package hot ramen. They hold up well and are leak resistant. Unfortunately, in shipping sometimes the edges are broken, but they are so much more affordable than what we can get locally, so even with the broken bowls it's still a better deal.

we love these containers for our home made cinnamon buns. my only complaint is sometimes the lids come bent and they don't fit the base properly. after some bending and warm water they are fine, just time consuming.

Been using for five years. I really want to live these. When they work they are perfect. That said, lids don’t always fit which causes leakage. They pop up as you press down. Every case appears to have slits in covers and broken corners. Maybe they should turn upside down so lids are on bottom. I’m becoming frustrated as my business grows this container is not consistent,

I was so happy to find webstaurantstore and these containers for our small business! I own a microgreens farm and these are just what we needed to package our “grow kits”. They’re very sturdy and such an affordable price.

round or square... that is always the question. Well there are some food dishes that absolutely need to go in square and some round. This item is great for leftover or main dishes for take out. Fully microwavable & cost effective. Would definitely buy again. Love the cost.

A lot smaller than expected and we barely use this as the quality isn't as good as expected. I suggest buying the more expensive brand as that'll last you longer and customers will appreciate it more as it's much larger.
