Only 3 stars because multiple bowls and lids arrived cracked and unusable. Otherwise they are really good containers well suited for small entrees and stews for our grab and go case.

PLEASE STOP CHANGING THE DESIGN OF THESE! We are constantly noticing changes between shipments of these containers. We've been using them for 4 years in my meal prep business, and the most recent change to the design makes it so they don't stack well at all. Meals are constantly falling in our fridges and getting damaged because of it. We noticed a change about 4-6 weeks ago and have been on the hunt for a new brand because of it. I would love to keep ordering these, but they have to be able to stack or it just won't work for us.

These containers only get worse over the years, we use about 3500 units a month and i need to personally check every bowl as the plastic they use should NOT be NSF certified, the containers are make of plastic that breaks up into small pieces, they seemed to fix the problem a few years ago but the last year or so they have gotten really bad, less than half the case is useable. When we first upgrated to these plastic containers over 10 years ago we used a Gen Pak product that was great, with flexible plastic that really held up, now the market is flooded with Chinese plastic that is dangerous to use, this isn't limited to WS they all buy from China unfortunately

These containers are perfect for our salads we use. They are big enough to fit all of our ingredients and the container really makes the salad look beautiful and fresh. HOWEVER, they come in 150 quantities but expect to receive half of those that are usable. They packaging is really weak so during shipping many are broken upon arrival. So, if you need 150, you might as well order two of these or get them somewhere else until they package/fix this issue.

This 32 oz. container is wonderful. It holds so much more than I thought it would and I love that it is goes straight from the fridge to the microwave. Last time I purchased this was a year ago and imagine my surprise when I went to reorder and the price has gone up! That is a huge increase for a year. I loved purchasing from webstaurant in the past, but I can't keep up with the huge price increases.

Very fragile!! At least half of these bowls were cracked/chipped upon arrival! The few that weren’t broke, we used to make single freezer meals. Once frozen, they become so fragile and would break with almost no pressure. Would not recommend! Will not repurchase!

Great containers! However they come broken every single time. I think they must use a forklift because the boxes are completely damaged and literally half of the containers are unusable. Yet, the company is great at sending replacements when you provide pictures

75% of the bowls arrived with the sides broken and unusable. I would not recommend this product due to its lack of durability. Now I have 100 useless lids.

Hi everyone, just let you guys know that they changed the size of the products but didn't site on the info, the new one we got is not 38oz, its very shallow shape and can't be use for ramen/pho. Check the pic to see the differences.

Product is great, I have ordered a lot of them but my only problem is the packaging . They pack 4 cases together and the FedEx people probably just throw them around because they are over 50lbs or almost 50lbs. They are just to heavy. Talk to customer service last time and they still shipped them the same way. I just ordered 8 of them and I won’t be surprised if they 2 bundles of 4 cases together.

Love these bowls! Sometimes in the packaging the bowls and lids come together in one bag, I preferred it being separate since my business is a food truck and I have limited space. Other than that the product is worth it!

These have become so fragile that they have sent shards of plastic into food that had to be discarded. They do not stack well and have caused multiple issues in my grab and go cases. I have lost over a hundred dollars in food waste, not to mention the parts of the stack that had to be discarded due to arriving chipped and broken. I would not recommend.

This has been our go-to container for several years. But lately, something has changed with the lids to where they do not stack. Constantly falling over making them virtually useless for food prep. Probably still fine if you're only using as a to-go container and not trying to stack prepped items.

Good product, but wish they'd sell it with no lids... I don't know what to do with all of those leftover lids...

Not only do we use these for soups and pastas, but also for cobbler and brownie sundaes. Perfect size and sturdy enough to hold up under a little weight!

I re-ordered these containers but had some old lids left. The old lids didn't fit, so the new container and new lids are a different product (but same product number). Many of the containers were chipped and cracked at the rim, making them unusable, and the lids do not snap tight like the previous product, making to-go items containing any liquid a problem. The quality has definitely gone downhill on these.

We really like these bowls. We use them to package hot ramen. They hold up well and are leak resistant. Unfortunately, in shipping sometimes the edges are broken, but they are so much more affordable than what we can get locally, so even with the broken bowls it's still a better deal.

we love these containers for our home made cinnamon buns. my only complaint is sometimes the lids come bent and they don't fit the base properly. after some bending and warm water they are fine, just time consuming.

This is a better version of their containers. I would recommend using this over their other containers like the plastic deli container. Highly recommended. Be sure to check specs before purchasing.

These containers are my go to for curries. If you really try, you can get them to leak a little, but for the most part they stay tightly closed. I used to use the more expensive 718B containers before. But, they were a little too deep for my liking, even though they were also 16 oz containers. The Choice containers are a little on the lighter side (with the base weighing about 4.5 oz), not as sturdy as the other ones I mentioned (5 oz base), but they are not meant to last for weeks. We use them for takeout, while customers can reuse them if they choose to. Their "choice". :)

Product is a decent heavy weight plastic utensil. Exactly as advertised. Very pleased and will order again when needed. Quick quality shipping by webstaurant store.

very durable and heavy duty to go container to keep hot food items. We used this container to serve hot rice and curry to go. customer love that it is not flimsy like other to go containers

Great quality and price on this product. We use for to-go meal deals and catering. They're reusable on a personal level -- they survive multiple trips through our home dishwasher.

I use these for meals that I make for others. They are just the right size and they are very sturdy. I highly recommend them!

These are great. Lots of reviews about the lids being hard to close and yes they are not super easy. I think of it as a spill proof container. I know with a seal like that they wont come open in a bag or backpack. Being microwavable is a plus as well.

We own a meal prep business and use these tons of these containers. They are freezable and microwavable, excellent quality and our customers get many extra uses out of them.

Perfect size for our Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls. These have proven to be a winner in our company. We LOVE them! They work great for all our applications.

Holds a lot. Now the largest is 43 ounce where in the past was the 48 ounce. As always, these came and the rims od many of the containers were broke or cracked.

These work pretty well. The first delivery they were shattered. They did resend them to me at no additional charge. They work well for the danishes we make. They are a little difficult to get them to close properly. Just have to be patient. They are also microwave safe.

I wanted these to work so badly. They would be perfect for our catering business, however many arrive damaged in the box and the material tends to crack way to easily.

Occassionally lately the bowls have arrived with varying degrees of damage. That is not the fault of the product, that is the fault of the handling. The product itself is great. It travels extremely well for carryout and delivery needs. We serve Gumbo, so we need bowls that will not leak. These do great.

This choice 32 oz containers are a very affordable option for any restaurant. We sell poke bowls & ramen noodles and this are good. the only flow that I found is that they are very light weight easy to break. We do delivery so we have to be careful when people have a lot of options on the plates but no issues, the lids are pretty decent as well. I will keep buying.
