We ordered those after ordering the same version of the product in black.
They sent us an entirely different product with different lids. Those don't fit our labels, and now we can't package our product.
Their customer service referred to me to a tiny note that says "brand may vary". Now, there's one thing to have a slight variation of a product, and another to receive a product that is completely different and forces us to completely rebrand to be able to package and sell our products.
For such a big company, I'm disappointed that they didn't agree to waive the restocking fee and let us just send them the unopened boxes back.
Webstaurant is relatively cheaper than other stores, however that will cost you when it comes to customer service, and product quality and consistency.
While it's helpful for a small business to find the cheapest options, it's much more costly to waste money on the wrong product.
We'll be taking our business elsewhere, and if you are relying on the packaging, I suggest you do the same.

There is a small percentage of our products, typically commodity-type products, where we display this note directly under the photo of the product. These are typically items that restaurants cannot operate without. The vast majority of usage of this product is for takeout, not packaging, and with supply chain issues being what they are, we will do whatever we can to make sure we always have stock, even if that means finding alternative sourcing, hence the note directly under the photo of the product. On items that don't have that note, we will only send the exact product. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team if you need further clarification.
