This is the best deal I've come across for lime juice. It's 100% juice, but it's made from concentrate and contains preservatives. My only issue with it is that I swear it's made from key limes, not regular limes.

We use it in kitchen and the bar. Great price point.

I was skeptical, but the lime juice is good. The product we received had a slightly different label but the ingredients were still correct. There was some slight separation in the form of some sediment, but after shaking etc it seemed to go away. I would recommend a VERY good shake before opening.

This could be the worst attempt at lime juice I've ever tasted. It is so bitter and tart, it is unusable. I actually add 2 cups of sugar to 1 gallon and still couldn't use it in my Margaritas. The closest thing I can compare it to are the warhead candies that they used to sell. Look for a different product.

This is the best value gallon jug of lime juice you will find. The quality is very good for the price, but you can taste the difference between this juice and fresh squeezed. However it is still perfect for mixing drinks in high volume college bars.

I ordered Castella 100% Lime juice in a 1 gallon jug case of 4 for home use. I go through about 75 fresh limes per week in my cooking and beverages and it is very pricey. I use the juice for homemade carnitas, Margaritas, white sangrias, salad dressings, guacamole etc. This is an excellant product I highly recommend you try it if you love lime juice. It is also excellant for making homemade limeade.

I have been buying more consumeables here becaus of the great price. This lime juice was fine and I would buy again for recipes but it should not be the star of the show ...margaritas etc.. It's fine just top high end quality

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR..DO NOT BUY THIS FOR MARGARITAS.. PAY A BIT MORE AND GET THE ONES IN THE GREEN BOTTLES! it is very acidic and does not the flavor of real juice. very fake. it might be good for very tart food. and or cooking. very STRONG ACID AFTER TASTE LINGERS ! THE GREEN BOTTLE LIME IS THE BEST! ENJOY

I like my Margaritas and in the past I used to go to my local store and buy the 6oz. bottle "other brand." . Well I decided to try this and am glad I did. It tastes just as good and costs a heck of a lot less. Thank you.
