I purchased one case for a 200 person NY cut steak event held every year at our VFW Hall, Better than trying to purchase 28 individual bottles for 28 tables. Long self life means the packets that are not used can be easily be used later at other events. Perfect.

A1 the famous name recognized every where as the best steak sauce in the entire world . I remember the commercials A1 was making telling us it gets you right there in the neck . I will continue adding A1 steak sauce to my steaks and fries because I love its taste.

A1 is a staple for any restaurant serving steaks, but buying the smaller bottles isn't very economical. This is a great price for the product and we've saved a ton buy just pouring it into portion cups vs having bottles available on the tables.

A.1 original steak sauce is a great product. We love these smaller bottle for table use that fit great in our condiment Caddy that is one each table.

First let me start by saying that I would never ruin a great steak by dousing it with A1 "steak" sauce. With that out of the way, I do like this sauce and it does have its place. It can really jazz up a bland grocery store ground beef hamburger. That is what I mainly use it for. You will always find a bottle of A1 somewhere in my fridge.

A-1 is great and you cannot beat it for the price! We get all of our seasonings online through webstaurant.com. It really does add to the bottom line without sacrificing quality!

A very good sauce for steaks or even chicken if you are bold. It tastes a little watery with a molasses tastes, some salt and good peppery kick. It seems to pack a lot of different spices and can be used as substitute for barbecue if you prefer something less sweet and more spicy.

I am normally a picky eater. I normally don't like products that sit on just about every restaurant dining table across the country. But in the case of A1, it really is a great go-to staple. There are better homemade flavors out there, of course, if you have the time, expertise and ingredients. But when we need a sauce when we don't have the time or ingredients, A1 handles the job, and we don't have to compromise our flavor experience. I was surprised to learn that while owned by Kraft Foods, and made in America forever, A1 sauce actually comes from the UK. It was created in 1824 by Henderson William Brand, a chef to English King George IV. So this sauce has clearly passed muster with the most royal of taste buds. There is good reason why it has been around for almost 200 years, as a culinary staple. Don't mess with success! Worth its presence in your kitchen, for sure!

I buy a lot of generic, store brands. The quality is usually just as good, or at least so close it's an easy decision with the price difference. There are a few exceptions. A-1 is a big one.
