Great product, but the packaging needs to be prepared better for shipping, most of the times the plastic containers are damaged from shipping & handling.

2 of my kids can't get enough of Nutella, so I purchased each them a tub for Christmas last year. They eventually made it through both tubs and we had fun incorporating the Nutella into different recipes. Would definitely purchase again and would recommend.

I've ordered this Nutella multiple times and its always been great. But once or twice I've had a few leaks and damage from shipping. This recent one was bad and rendered my Nutella pretty useless. I'll be requesting a refund, but other than that the product is good in itself.

After having some issues with the Nutella being shipped to us, now, they have being doing much better and the Nutella always arrives perfectly

Very good product and large tub size makes it easy for scooping product out of container so there is limited waste.

Who doesn't love chocolate this gaint pail is just what is needed for a big family, I love that comes in 2 set will last me 1 year

This container of Nutella is excellent value. The larger size guarantees you won’t run out too quickly, even in commercial baking. It also comes with a far off expiration date, so you will have plenty of time to use it.

nutella is good and this lasted a while

I ordered the "Nutella" product arrived after 5 days, when i opened the box the entire Nutella jug was cracked and it spilled. I immediately contact customer support and no hassle the lady was very sweet and resent another Nutella jug and which arrived within 3 days very well packaged. I was really happy with the customer service and how fast it arrived. Webstaurant has by far the best customer service!!!!!!!!

I've been ordering consistently for several years, but recently, my packages have been arriving damaged. They used to be wrapped in bubble wrap, but not anymore! Now, they come with no protection at all. I'm tired of having to contact customer service to file a complaint every time, so I’m leaving this review instead. I hope they’ll start packaging them properly again.

this is my third time ordering Nutella from Webstaurant. the first two times it was great. this last time, it arrived damaged. If you use it frequently like we do, be sure you have a backup just in case it comes in crushed with products oozing out everywhere

Great product

Can't beat Nutella sauce! Chocolate hazelnut spread is absolutely delicious and I use it in baked goods, pastries, dishes and drinks as well. Love the bulk option and buy it often. It's always packed well and arrives with no issue and guests love the specials we come up with using nutella.

WE LOVE NUTELLA around the shop we have so many uses for it too! We put it on the waffles and the milkshakes and toast!

This is a ton of Nutella and it is available at a great price. The tub isn't overly large which makes handling the product manageable. The resealable top is a welcomed addition.

Compared to the other sizes, I find this large tub best for my business. I use it in my ice cream shop and I find it easier and more efficient using this size. It allows me to easily get any sized utensil in the tub, as well as get every last bit out before throwing it out. It's also a better value per ounce when compared to the other sizes. Everyone loves Nutella so I recommend this product!

Wow we love this Nutella so much it works out freaking awesome and nice in our ice cream price is good I like it it’s easy to get out of the tub very nice. I don’t miss the small jars.

Nutella is one of the most used products at my business. We top tons of acai bowls with Nutella, and even do Nutella iced coffees. I pour this Nutella into the squeeze bottles that you can also find on this website. It makes it super quick and convenient for me to get the product out quickly to my customers

Please pronounce this "NUT" ella as it is, well, made out of nuts after all! Ooey gooey goodness in such a delightfully disgustingly GIANT PAIL with handy carry that if you wake up in the middle of the night and grab a spoon and go to the cupboard and partake... you might not make it back up the stairs until morning... but you WILL be happy! The chocolate flavor is just right, too.

I bought 2 of these 2 days ago and received it yesterday. Shipping is fast. However, when I look on the expiration date, it’ll expire in 8 months. I was hoping the expiration date will be at least a year or 2 just like the bottles. Other than that, it is a great product, just be sure to check the expiration date!

Great size tub of nutella considering how fast we go through this product as it is very popular. We put in bottles to be used as a topping or can be used inside our ice cream.

Beyond the obvious good taste, this is a great product. Buying bulk saves a lot of money. The container itself, which is your storage medium, is solid and shuts completely, allowing your bulk product to last longer / not spoil. For the price, to receive over 12 pounds, is an excellent deal.

The nutella Here is a great value. Same great taste but more of it. Easy to scoop from containers ensures my employees get every last drop out.

This makes making crepes and pastries with nutella so much easier! The size is reasonable for moderate use and I don't spend so much time scraping out containers. It has stayed fresh through a few weeks of use. Delicious!

It's nutella, so I mean, you can't go wrong! I find these larger tubs so much easier to work. The convenience of having easier access in the larger tub makes it worth paying the shipping.
