The American Metalcraft cake ring is a great tool that makes trimming cakes quick and easy. It washes clean easily and is lightweight. I use it to trim my 9 inch cakes to 8 inch round cakes.

These came bent. I am not sure if it is the by product of them being so small, the metal just doesn't want to form a perfect circle, or if they got bent in transit. I like the brand, so I am going to try to see if I can bend them back because I really like the size.

These are perfect to cut cakes , cookies , and use for cheesecake and so much more. Good quality and very useful. Pricing is great as well .

I use this 10" ring for cutting and forming sheet pan cakes. I have using the pans, so I use this, cut a sheet pan cake, payer that on, and use the scraps. It's faster than using cake pans, it gives perfectly even results, and I set the cakes in these prior to crumb coating. The cakes are always perfect. I do wish I could stack these to make 6" tall rings.

good for the price we use them to round out hot cookies from the oven to give them a circular finish they are large enough for our 4 inch cookies

Unfortunately, these do not come fully round. The bonded side tends to be a little flatter. For most of them, I was able to simply bend them back into a circle by hand (a little dangerous, but I'm not one to give up when there's a job to be done), but one of them made a cracking noise. I put on safety goggles at that point (had them around since the beginning of the "situation"). Another one, at the bond, had a curl of metal poking out. I think the manufacturing process on these needs to change a little before I'd order from this brand again, at least at such a small size. Perhaps the flattening effect is less noticeable on their larger pans, after all.

This cake round is exactly what I was looking for. The product is sturdy and seems like it will last me for some time to come. Even being as clumsy as I am isn’t a deterrent for my recommendation!

This cake ring is perfect to make my mousse cake. I measured the diameter to make sure is 7in and it is ..quite precise..will buy more again

Very solid metal cake ring. Rather than traditional use for baking cakes, used as a cake cutter to make perfectly round 6" naked cakes. Appreciate how sturdy it is and won't deform easily.

This cake ring was a little bit off in terms of size and shape for direct use with my similarly sized cake pans, but had been useful as a mold and cutter in my kitchen, mostly for molding mousse cakes and cutting tart crusts.

The American Metalcraft 6" Cake ring is a multitasking tool. I have made cheesecakes using the ring mold. Sliced and molded mousse cakes. Made tons of ice cream cakes and endless baked alaska.

This one came bent inside the box but i was able to reshape it and use it. Just like others ive used it gets the job done and leaves a nice clean finish on my cakes.

We use these for many purposes at the bakery. The item is well built and does not deform easily so it can stand up to day to day use.

The ring is perfect for our tiramisu cakes. Line with acetate, fill, and you are good to go. Clean up is a breeze as well!

The american metal craft is a ideal way to fill or bake cakes. I really enjoy using it and teaching my new employees how to build cakes and fill with his beautiful set. I will continue to use and buy them from this great website.

Great molds for making layered cakes and such. The ring is very easy to use and the stainless steel cleans very nicely for sticky fillings.

they are great for the price but the shape changes around the weld when heated so you have to hand form just t a little. No rust so far

I use these for my cakes I cut cake from sheets cakes and it makes them perfect sizes and even layers. Great size and I use it all the time

Cuts crust off cake quickly and easily without the use of sharp knives. Also great for cutting round sizes out of sheet cakes. Great time saver!

It seems sturdy but I wish that the seams where they were put together/welded weren't rusty. It makes me assume that over time the whole ring will eventually rust as well.

I use these cake rings to make the beautiful cakes from the Mamafuku Cookbook. They are very good quality and well priced compared to others and easy to use.

These rings are really good for our purposes - we use them both for baking/assembling cakes and for stamping dough. For the cakes, it's pretty easy to line them with foil to make a pan; we then use the rings to pour mousse or fillings. Convenient.

Works just as designed. The weld is strong and this ring is sturdy enough to be used to punch out frozen cake rounds without getting misshapen.

The cake ring is a great helper. It has good round shape. I love work with the ring. The work is easy and accurate. The delivery was fast.

This product works well, it is great quality, very durable, strong, and easy to clean. I have been using it for almost a year and it is still in great shape. I took off one star because the one I received wasn't a perfect circle, it was bent in one area, and this dent shows in the final product of whatever you make. It's not a big deal to me because I don't really care if my final product is a perfect circle or not.

i like this cake ring make everything so much easier for me. it is a lifesaver. you cant go wrong with american metalcraft. best quality for pizza supplies. highly recommended it

We make ice cream cakes in our custard parlor. These rings work great for molding our cakes and are holding up very well for us.

Arrived bent, nut in circle shape. Tried to bend it to circle but it didn't work so looks like they shipped it when it was already like that. Doesn't match the description, wouldn't suggest

Great sturdy mold, I use this to cut rounds from sheet cake, top my cheese cakes, stack cakes or make ice cream cakes. Will be ordering other sizes.

Sometimes you just need a larger pan...either for baking a cake, or for assembling a large one. This 10" cake ring is huge, and it seems fairly well made. It did arrive a bit bent, no longer perfectly circular, probably because it was packed loosely in a box with other heavy objects. You can't tell in the final product though.

It is a strong well made ring can take a lot of abuse and will still hold its shape. Some are not completely round but a little bending will take care of it.

This as an awesome cake ring. I love that I can decorate the cake on the tray I bake it on. I simple remove the ring and I'm all set

This is a very sturdy cake ring that we have used to bake cakes in. We have also used it to cut smaller cakes from sheet cakes. It's very well made and very handy.

Is what you expect: a cake pan without a top or bottom. I love it, but the ring I received is not a circle.. a bit deformed. But it does its job.

I purchased this cake ring along with the 8 x 3 to use as molds for making entremets which are layered mousse cakes. I think these are going to be just what I need!
