The 10" square basting cover is absolutely terrible. Which is strange, because the 6" round basting covers I bought from them are great - brass sleeves inside the plastic knobs and very sturdy. But the 10" square one is a totally different story. The packing tape used to secure the knob during shipping left a residue that naphtha wouldn't even take off. What am I supposed to do - burn it off?! There were scratches all over whatever metal wasn't covered in adhesive. The knob doesn't have a brass sleeve, so the threads stripped immediately. I've been happy with everything I've bought from Webstaurant except for this - this is going straight in the trash.

Nice quality, the shape gives more space for work

Love this! Works great with my outdoor griddle. Helps cook chicken wings faster and also melt cheeses. Love that it is square. Fits more under it than the circle ones. Also, the plastic knob is great because it doesn't get hot and I don't need an oven mitt to use it. Definitely recommend!

Ii use these covers for paninis on my food truck griddle. It really helps melt the cheese and speed up the cooking process. They don't clean up as easily as I'd like; it takes quite a bit of elbow grease to get the grease off. Overall, I'm happy with them and would recommend them.

I’m currently using this years later at our restaurant. It does the job. It’s a bit small and the knob has never been tight but it’s fine

Same as the 10” cover I own, this is great for cheese melting on single burgers and getting some steam going on grilled veggies on the flat top.

Perfect size pan cover for just one item, be it chicken or beef patty. We also use it to cook grilled onion and mushrooms. Great product and top plastic handle easy to replace.

We use these at our restaurant to cover our fresh housemade sausages while they are on the grill. The square lids fit over them much better than circle lids and actually fit more underneath. We will be buying square lids from now on!

These are great! We use these if we need to melt cheese on multiple sandwiches at once on our griddle. We can fit 4 sandwiches at once underneath the basting cover. The plastic handle does not overheat so it's easy to handle while cooking.

Screw top handle was a little loose whenever we received it, but after tightening it has worked great. Makes cooking on our flattop more efficient with the square shape. Would recommend to others.

this aluminum square cover is perfect for the flat grill. you can use it for a bunch of different things. we use it to cook grilled catfish and salmon. also good for melting cheese on burgers. you cannot beat the price.

I have been using two of these griddle domes for the last two years in a kitchen that produces quite a lot of grilled cheeses. The domes work perfect, my only complaint would be the knob on top becomes loose, and it is not possible to read tighten the screw. It actually stripped the knob. All in all I would definitely order again if I need more.

We use these to melt the cheese on different products. These are durable and fits over regular sandwich bread nicely. We have 6 of these and use them on a regular basis.

I do wish this was a little bit taller for steaming sandwiches on the grill, but it does the job well enough. It also cleans up nicely at the end of the day.

We use these for melting our grilled cheese on the griddle in the food truck. They work great and are easy to clean. We ended up drilling a little whole in the top to have the steam escape for our purposes.

The knob comes off of this top quite easily. We have purchased replacement knobs, but they break as well. You don't need a special basting cover. Just use an aluminum pie pan

The knobs don't come already attached to the cover. They come separately and the purchaser has to screw them on. The knob stripped super easily when being attached, so it's forever loose. :-(

This American Metalcraft square aluminum basting lid is really nice it's a nice thick aluminum it comes with the handle but you have to find it they just throw it in the box

not bad, but after getting it, immediately realized that the shape was not practical for my food needs. Much happier with the round 10in. Havnt used it since.
