? I own a catering business and purchased these bags to help transport items for events. Unfortunately, the quality is very poor. After the first use, the zipper broke, and the stitching began to come apart, exposing the inner foam. I would not recommend this product. I looked for a warranty or return policy but couldn’t find any information. I would like to request a refund.

I recently had the opportunity to try out the Choice Insulated Food Delivery Bag/Pan Carrier and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with its quality and functionality. This bag is an absolute must-have for anyone in the food delivery industry, as it is specifically designed to keep food hot and fresh during transportation.

OMG! I absolutely love these bags! Just ordered 2 more. I use them mostly for transporting my baked goods after refrigeration to keep them nice and fresh; however on occasion, I have stored hot foods in them when transporting them to events. Great and sturdy bags. Keeps everything either hot or cold.

These are perfect for transporting cupcakes in the containers or cakes in boxes. They keep cool for hours. You can fit about 6 dozen cupcake containers in each one of them. They are also strong and sturdy

These bags are very easy to clean and do a great job of insulating hot and cold food. The stitching is not the highest quality as others have mentioned, but the price is well worth purchasing.

So far I have use it twice and its delivered both times. Nice quality

If I could give this bag negative review I would, the bag smelled like Fish inside. Good thing I sealed my food air tight other wise I would of had to throw away all my food. I left the bags open and out on my back yard so they would aerate and the smell would go away but it still smelled. I didn't have a choice I had to use the bags since I was carrying temp. control food on a 10 hours long car ride.

These are a reasonbly good value if you only need to keep food hot/cold for a short period of time. Which is what these are really intended for. They are not as sturdy as I was expecting and the handle did rip after repeated use, in about 5 months.

Very large and spacious. This bag can hold 7 half size pans plus space for drinks or other items. Definitely good for delivering and or catering

The bags are worth the money spent. They keep the food hot and fresh. I've used them for twenty plus events. The handles are sturdy and they are easy to clean.

Great drink carrier for our shop! We are able to carry 15+ drinks in this carrier with no problem. Another plus is that it is insulated and keeps our drinks cold. Good buy!

I purchased these bags to keep my food either warm or cold. I was good for keeping it warm but not so good for cold.

We deliver a lot to individuals and businesses and these bags have been a god send. They keep things cold and hot during transport perfectly. Also, super sturdy.

These bags are sturdier than the black insulated bags I purchased. I like like the fact that they are soft sided and easier to get in and out of vehicle. Have held up well but best for full sized pans.

For the price this product is incredibly useful! Fits 3-4 Full pans easily with room for ice packs if needed. Great for off site events and generally transporting any deliveries.

This is the third carrier bag I've purchased. As my business continues to grow, I needed more carrier bags to keep my food hot/cold upon arrival for catering orders that include salads, pasta salads and cold desserts and entrees.

I wanted a bag to help with getting food to family gatherings. This bag seems to fit the bill, I think to get the most out of it a couple hot /cold packs would keep food items at the required temperature longer. Great price too

I purchased 2 of these wonderful food carriers about 6 months ago and I have been consistently using them for carrying hot food to the event venue. This is a great product and is light weight but can hold 8 half sheet pans or 4 full sheet pans full of food pretty easily. It is quite easy to clean it in case of spillage. Although, I would not advice to carry ice in it.

Our volunteers have found that this bag is much more durable than the nylon counterparts we had previously purchased. We're very happy with these bags and will definitely look to them again in the future when we have a need!

This thing works great! Keeps hot food hot and cold food cold! It folds down nice and small for easy take away. I'd recommend buying one for any size catering!

We use this food pan carrier to carry our individually packaged meals. It is huge and able to meet out high demand needs. They keep our cold serve meals safe in regulated temperature range for hours. We love the easy to clean material.

I purchased this bag for my business but didn't get a chance to use it yet. For Christmas, I had to transport 2 turkeys, 2 hams, 2 pans of dressing and a pan of Mac and cheese. I was able to get 4 pans in this bag to transport them an hour and half. This bag is huge!!

I had my doubts about buying one of these insulated vinyl bags. How quickly the doubt was erased! In the past we have bought bags like this and they were not easy to store, pans were hard to get in and out, not this bag. We will buy a few more of these.

These bags are great. They hold temperature very well. They can hold up to four 4" pans like described easily. Great bags at a great price. Also easy to keep clean.

This bag has lasted since 2010 and we are just about to purchase a few others. This is a sturdy, quality bag that looks professional and holds heavier platters. We love this one and it is a great deal.

Great versatility, enough space for catering small to medium size groups. Holds up well for everyday use. Cleans fairly easy, cracks in bottom corner at the folds are a little tough but able to be cleaned with some effort.

Got two of these bags about a month ago. Just what I had expected. They are much easier to clean than the nylon ones and quite a bit less expensive. The nylon ones get so dirty so fast. I will definitely reorder.

This bag is great! I highly recommend - food pans fit great in it but I like to use it for cold things- I put a bus bucket on the bottom and load it up! VERY good quality!

This bag is fantastic! I've been using 2 of them 6 days a week for 5 months and they still look brand new. The zippers got stuck at first and it was pretty annoying but they just needed to be used. They fit a large catering pan perfectly. Or 2 small ones side by side. I'm very happy with the look and hardyness of the bag.

Love the vinyl carrier, so easy to clean and still durable. Keeps my food hot for my deliveries and does not leak. I traveled over and hour and a half for a catering gig and the food was still hot.
