Choice 23" x 13" x 15" Black Insulated Nylon Food Delivery Bag / Pan Carrier Reviews

This carrier is great for keeping our meals hot/cold. But there is one major downfall. We have only used these carriers for packing our holiday meals, which breaks down to approximately 6 times. Out of the 20 that I ordered 6 zippers have failed, which makes the bag unusable. And we have at least 6 more zippers ready to fail also. We did receive one that had a different zipper that seems to be sturdier. I emailed customer service and was told that they have no warranty. So I guess this non-profit is out of luck.

Do not purchase. Vertical seams come apart very easily. 1 was busted on delivery. Customer service said there is no warranty on this product. Won't replace bags in the future, won't replace BRAND NEW items.

I had bought a different model of this bag previously and they held up ok (slight tearing of interior lining of most of the 14 bags). Thought I was upgrading spending more for these but that isn't the case. I purchased 12 of these about 3 months ago. They get used lightly 3 days a week. Nothing too heavy duty. Half of them have split up the seam rendering them completely useless and 2 of them have zippers that have broken. Great in theory but not for daily use....

These bags work great but don't hold up very long

This is an excellent delivery bag. It's amazing how warm foods stay inside and when items are paired with the frozen packs, the goodies stay cold for hours.

This bag is very nice for the money. The hot food stays well insulated and it collapses easily so it can be stored in small spaces.

I wish it would be more stable. The bag is insulated but it does not have appropriate support. However, I made it work by laying a full size shallow plastic hotel pan on the bottom to help with support. Its been working great!

I was so excited when I ordered this item I really needed this for a catering job for 100 people when I got I didn't look at it until the day of, I packed the food in the bag getting ready to load up when my husband notice something was leaking yes it was my bag at this point I couldn't do anything but put some towels under it and keep going once the party was over I tried to clean it but it wasn't a success I had to throw it away. I found it was a hole a size of a half of a dollar it was poor stitching I need another on but I'm afraid to purchase another one from here, now the bag was a nice size. I will need to search some where else for another bag.

These bags have been excellent for us! They keep products hot / cold for transport. High quality construction on ours, good sturdy zipper, no problem with ripping or anything. Easy to clean, just wipe / rinse as needed. Love these bags and will purchase them again as we continue to grow.

These bags worked well for about the first coupe deliveries. Both bags zippers broke at the stopping point in the same location. Very disappointing because the bags are a good size and theoretically durable for food transportation.

This is the second bag we purchased, the build quality is very cheap. first bag came apart at the seams and shows a 1/4 in foam. The most recent bag, the zipper broke off the track on 3rd use. Not happy with these at all.

These bags aren't constructed well. They are made with a thin foam liner and don't do a great job keeping food warm. The inner liner is not durable and easily tears when putting in aluminum full trays in them. I wish webstaurant offered a higher quality bag that can easily cleaned in and out for a higher price.

I absolutely love these bag transport coolers/warmers... They are made of a strong stitching and material and keeps food cold or warm forever...I can transport layers of my pans and lids with also my other b black transporter... every caterer or baker should have these in their kitchen... would recommend to anyone...

Brown Bag - Make sure to line the bag. Held heat for a very long time in Virginia sitting traffic for over 3 hours of travel time.

We used these bags for a long time, but have found better replacements. We don't like that the inside material leaks through if there's a spill. They're also hard to clean. Until other options became available, these were a lifesaver, however I'd choose something else now that there are other options.

Love this green delivery bag, it is very sturdy and amazing to handle my shopping. Easy to clean and beautiful color, my favorite to use. For the price you can't beat the quality because is the best out there!!! Buy it, you won't regret.

Very heavy duty and durable construction but the best feature is the very quick access with the Velcro closure and no zippers! Just ordered 2 more, wish they had more colors available

These don't really hold heat that well, and they tend to fall apart rather quickly.

Had these for quite a while! Still durable and strong and has done quite some events. Keeps heat very well. No rips or tears in any part of the stitching. They are good quality.
