I like these bags because they stand up and it's easy to fill them. but you can't wash them and they don't last long because they tear.

These bags were perfect for carrying our soup in 22 quart containers. The foods stayed temped until ready to serve, They were actually still steaming.

The bag is perfect for what we are using for. it makes our food delivery stress free. Great Product.

We used these bags for a long time, but have found better replacements. We don't like that the inside material leaks through if there's a spill. They're also hard to clean. Until other options became available, these were a lifesaver, however I'd choose something else now that there are other options.

Much higher quality than I was expecting; i am highly satisfied with this bag! The material itself doesn't feel thin or cheap, and there is an ample amount of insulation padding all around (except the top). Insulated everything I put inside it very well, and it kept the temperature of the food as it was long enough for me to get to the destination without worrying. The zipper and seams have no issues so far with both the zipper and the seams being well constructed. The zipper is larger than other bags, but it also feels much more durable without being harder to use. I have not had any tears or loose seams with light use so far, and I don't see it being an issue for a while longer due to the great quality of the construction. The straps feel a bit thin, but has not given me any issues so far. Great insulating bag that I can't recommend enough!

The bottom of the bag is really flimsy and it makes the gravy in the food boxes spill. I wish the bottom was sturdy.

The food delivery bag is well insulated and quality material. The bag folds easily for storage and forms back to the original shape. The insulation has helped keep my product cold while delivering.

This Bag is perfect for catering professional events as well as the small family gathering. The carry Straps are tough and durable. The lining keeps food warm longer than needed for traveling to events. I have put this bag through it’s paces at my catering company and it has stood the test of time. Got a good 15 plus months out of this bag... its starting to collapse and insides ripping from use but is still going. Not the most industrial, but great for the price! It gave us plenty of use for what we paid... We will be ordering more of these in the future... they work great for smaller pizzas that have sides going out for delivery with them also! Is a great price point for start up delivery business.

We're giving this 5 stars because of the customer service we received from Webstaurant store as the product arrived damaged but they were able to give us a resolution as soon as we contacted them.

This works great for transporting a few of our cold sides with our deliveries. We usually use half pans and have fewer items going cold, so the bags work well for this.

These bags are great for catering. We put an ice pack in the bottom and then our salads on top. Even after delivering, the ice packs are still frozen solid and the bag is super cold inside.

The choice insulated food delivery bag is well insulated but a little soft. Unless carrying large pans, the bag moves and things have a tendency to fall over unless really well packed!

This was a great purchase! It really did fit six 2.5" foil pans. Used the bag together with a Microcore Thermal pouch, and it kept our six pans of food safely hot for a few hours.

These bags are great for delivery orders. The black doesn't show a lot of dirt and they are durable. Wipe clean when they get dirty.

This is a smaller version of the 23" monster bag that I use for box store shopping. This one is for my regular shopping when I make small runs. It serves its purpose well keeping groceries cool and I can save the Earth by getting fewer plastic bags. It's very durable too despite me loading it up many times.

Pretty good product we will try different varieties in the near future to see which we like the best. We will also try other products. These kept the food at the perfect temp.

Great value for the money. I use these insulated bags for catering delivery. Most of my meals go out in 1/2 pans, so this sized bag works well and prevents alot of shifting during transport. Be careful not to overload beacuse they will tear on seams if overloaded, but for the price, I don't stress if I need to replace them periodically.

I enjoyed this bag, I have used it now for about 7 times and it holds it shape. It even fit my small pot for a rice cooker which was great for those potluck events when a rice cooker is so hard to transport & keep warm on its own.

This bag is the perfect size for me to bring smash cakes to parties. It is sleek and stands up on its own. It looks professional and I love the top where I can add my contact info so I don’t worry if they were to get lost.

So far, the quality seems to be above average, with the exception of the zipper. To be fair, it hasn't broken yet, but I don't anticipate that it will stand up to a lot of abuse.

This is a good quality, spacious product that is great for foodshare deliveries. Can comfortably hold 5, 10in square platters. Good for most 2-3 person orders.

We cater and do mobile events with our food cart and have never had a great solution for transporting hot curry sauce. After purchasing this bag, in addition to a square 18 qt container, our problems have been solved!

This is a great insulated food delivery bag, half size steam pans fit perfectly and the insulation keeps your food hot or cold. The bag appears well constructed, and the straps easily bear the weight of your food. The pocket on the top of the bag with a transparent window is a nice touch as well, great for identifying the contents or using for receipts, menus, etc.

Did a nice job keeping our food warm, especially for catering events. Highly recommend for catering events or food delivery projects. And the handles feel very nice as well.

I got this delivery bag to use with this liner (item #21422SFSP) so that I could use it to transport drink carafes and control spills. The description says it can be used with 18qt containers, but I found that wasted vertical and horizontal space within the interior of the bag. This 22 qt is a better use of space.

We have seen many Insulated Food Delivery products over the past decade or so and this one is simply the best. Perfect for half trays, quarts and the overall capacity and sturdiness to handle it can not be overstated.

Love the sleekness of these coolers but since they are an economy item they are not very durable. Great for small items but would not recommend for heavy/large items.
