i would give 0 stars if i could. Very excited to receive the bags and they seemed to be perfect. I even carried 30 pounds of containers there at once. We purchased these for our meal prep company so clients don't have to carry 30 meals by hand. By today we have got complaints on more than 16 bags that have fallen apart. I have pictures after pictures. Webstaurant has refunded us for 4 bags, what a waste of money.

I LOVE these bags! A full size hotel pan first perfectly in the bottom, making transportation a breeze. I use the flat lids and stack 3, 4" hotel pans inside these. They don't keep food cold for that long, but I purchased them mostly just so I could stop carrying in one pan at a time.

Very satisfied with this product. It has a protective cover inside so if you have any spills or moisture inside the bag, it's not going to drain through the fabric.

I Had these for a couple of years, and they worked well. Once the handle rips it becomes hard to use.

Nice bag, a good size to hold large items, but may not hold up to very heavy dishes that could easily spill when the bag bottom bends. I like that it folds up compact and does not take up much storage space like the large plastic or foam coolers.

I have lots of these bags in different sizes and colors and they are really handy. the handles and seams can tear if you try to put anything too heavy in them but as long you're careful they keep things cold for a long time and store really easily

very nice bag, but the first time we used it we picked it up by the the end handles and they broke! we now know to only load it very light and use the side handles

This bag is actually bigger than I thought, which is great for carrying my cupcakes to markets for vending! The material is great and as always shipping was quick.

I would definitely NOT recommend these bags. We bought four of them for catering deliveries, and within one month they were basically trashed. The interior lining shredded when aluminum pans were loaded into the bags, and the foam insulation kept getting lodged out of place. On top of that, the handles on all four snapped in use. I understand that they would get used heavily, but we have other similar bags which are in much better shape, and have had no issues with the lining or handles. AVOID

Great soft cooler holds a fair amount. We've used these to transport large orders to customers. Cleans easily - just use a soapy wet rag.

These bags have held up really well for us. We've been very happy with them and how well they hold temperature.

Amazing product that has worked far better than originally anticipated! It holds all of our needed items for catering deliveries while maintaining the perfect temperature inside for any of our hot products or cold products. Our ice packs are still frozen at the end of a busy day. LOVE IT!

Bought these for catering events because they were supposed to be completely leak proof. They are in fact not. They flooded my entire back room of my bar. Very disappointed.

I love these insulated bags! They're very spacious, durable, & easy to clean. Depending on what is in your full steam pan, we were able to fit 2 in them but you can definitely fit 5 if they're light & can be stacked without worrying about your food being smooshed. Some liquid spilled but all we had to do was hose them down with a little dish soap, air dry, & voila.

I ordered two to keep in my trunk of my car for when I go to the grocery store shopping I’ll put warm foods in one bag and cold in frozen in another bag I love them a lot. I just wish they were a little bit smaller but I’ll survive with them. Thank you.

We’ve purchased a lot of these bags and use for deliveries, they fill and fit a variety of boxes or up to 3 full pans. Definitely a lot of uses and stack well, the pockets work for tagging & name plates for items. Win

Keeps food warm we use it to transport food in to go containers. Holds 6x6 to go containers 6x9 to go containers and 9x9 containers. Very well made easy to carry.

This bag is awesome! The handles are very sturdy and the zippers all work nicely. The insulated interior is a huge benefit. I haven't filled the bag with anything wet, so I cannot speak to the leakproof aspect of the bag. I can say that having the insulation helps the bag maintain a colder temperature than a standard interior. We generally load the bag and place the entire bag into our walk-in until the order is ready to be delivered. The inside contents remain very cold which is a must.

I go through cooler and cooler bags often. The coolers are too bulky and hard to carry. Other cooler bags don't hold up. I'm happy that I got this one and have bought them in several different sizes and colors. They keep whats in it cold and they don't leak all over.

Great buy. Heavy duty and holds a lot of weight but handles start to tear after prolonged use of heavy lifting. I would purchase again.

This is the PERFECT bag!! Perfect for deliveries as you can add 3 to 4 orders within it due to its size. The fabric is great, you can wipe off spills very easily or toss in the washer for a full cleaning. Will buy additional bags in the future for sure!!

This insulated, leakproof cooler bag is perfect for food deliveries. It is wide enough to fit full size pans. Keeps the food hot and no worrying about leakage.

We use these insulated bags for transporting food for our deliveries. The interior liner on the bags is great at managing spills. However if you are using things like foil trays or plastic containers that have anything remotely sharp... please wrap those items in plastic wrap first before putting them in the bags, otherwise it will rip the very thin liner on the interior of the bag rendering it useless. Sadly we go thru these pretty fast because of the very thin liner on the interior. I wouldn't consider these suitable for "moderate to heavy use" but more light duty only.

Not great quality . Arrived promptly and a great value. Will definitely buy again. Packaging was great. Same product I would've purchased from a local purveyor but far less expensive.

This cooler holds a ton of different items and keeps everything perfectly cold! Works perfect for events at weddings and birthday party’s! Fits perfectly in the space we have and stores good when it’s empty.

These cooler bags are just what I wanted, and they work well. My only problem with them is that the inner lining tears incredibly easy. I put my products in plastic pans so they stay still and don't get too wrinkled during transport, and I think that the edges of these pans just rip through the lining like tissue paper. They still seem to hold in the cold reasonably well despite this fact.

Good cooler for the price to offer to our loyal customers as an option for taking home their goods. The straps make it very convenient to carry with them! The fact that it is leak-proof is an added bonus and we are overall happy with this product!

What a deal. I can use it for beverage cooler, fill it with ice water, fish, or food for a picnic. So many different uses for this bag. Looks great and shipped fast.

I am super happy with the bags I got. I previously bought the red ones and the quality was different every time I ordered them. These black ones came with the thick foam inside making them very sturdy and durable even though they are considered to be their cheap line.

I bought this bag without having high hopes for it, what can you expect from a bag that costs this low price, right? Wrong! It's well insulated and keeps my groceries cool. It's leak proof. It looks good. It's spacious. I keep it in the trunk of my SUV all the time. This bag is a savior for box store shopping. No more of those cardboard boxes to put your groceries in. Everything goes in this bag. I was worried that the handles won't stand up to the weight of all the groceries from the box store, but the did. After 6 months of heavy usage this bag is still going strong. I love it.

These bags are very roomy. I have a catering gig this weekend and I ordered 4 of them. I love the functionality of the bags and the square shape. I should be able to fit alot of prep meals inside these lovely bags.
