Great for togo catering!

I like this peel a little more than the 4016 because of the longer handle. Easier to move pizzas around but still sturdy. I would recommend it.

A bit flimsy but did what I bought it to do.

Started selling pizzas at our location and have been using this for a few weeks. Very sturdy and easy to clean, so far no issues and would definitely get another one here soon.

Really well made. I was pleasantly surprised by its heft. Its perfect for reaching into the back of our Deck Oven with ease. Cleans Super Easy and has a classic look and feel to it.

This is a beautiful piece of equipment. Aside from it being a blast to use, it serves its purpose beautifully. I highly recommend this product to any and all pizza spots.

Perfect size for making one of my family's favorite foods, grilled pizza. I bought 1 for myself 2 years ago and now I bought 2 to give to my kids as gifts.

While you can also build your pie on this, that is better done on a wood peel, where sticking is less of problem and you can get away with less semolina or flour. This is for removing the pie from the oven, and it does a good job.

Lightweight, with a generous deck and sturdy handle. I love how the deck is sandwiched between two layers of metal to make the handle, making for a sturdy, secure connection. Some of the protective blue plastic film on the face of the deck was caught under the handle connection point, which was slightly annoying, but not really a problem. MUCH lighter than the Fat Daddio's pizza peel, and larger, too.

Larger pizza peel for our larger pizzas, but still able to be handled with ease and allows for easy transition from pizza oven to the pizza box.

When preparing pizza a pizza peel is a must. Easily transport your pizza from the prep table to the conveyor or oven and then from the same oven to your pizza box

This is a necessary tool that does exactly what it's intended to do. And does it well. It is the perfect size for grabbing up a 16 inch pizza.

Very durable Its easy to clean also a nice wooden heavy duty handle on it .. I think this is an awesome product and would highly recommend it

great pizza peel use everyday. I do wish they start making peels with shorter handles, will look for them in the future. great product, will buy again.

American metalcraft 5616 worked perfectly at its job, a very good pizza peel. it is very good quality, I like the quality American metalcraft provides than other companies.

Very sturdy peel. Its long handle is great for our deep oven. The peel itself is made of a very durable material that stands drops. Very happy with this purchase!

American metal craft makes some solid products, this pizza peel lasts about two years before it gives out at the rim, we use it 7 days a week 12 hours a day.

Perfect Pizza Peel. The quality is excellent and it does not loose its shape from use. Takes a hard beating in our very pizza pizzeria.

not a very quality item the peel always comes loose from the handle they usually last a couple of months and i do not recommend

We bought this for our gas pizza oven at our home. Perfect for handmade pies. Well made, wooden handle, metal peel, with a string at the end to use to hang up on a hook. Have had it for a few years and still looks and works perfectly.

This is a great peel. I have no complaints with this peel. It is well made, and well suited to removing cooked pies. I have no doubt this peel will serve me well for many years. I have no hesitation in recommending this peel to others.

Got this peel thinking I would use it alot more than I did. I have the smaller size and use it all the time. Construction quality is equally as good as the smaller one just the size of it made it less usable for my application (7"-16" pies)

The American Metalcraft peels are the ones I've always used. Can't compare to other brands, because I've never bought any others. But for the difference in price, and as well as these work for me, I will stick with them!

Awesome for use in smaller spaces like a food truck. Helps keep hands away from hot surfaces. Easy to clean & sanitize and doesn't get a caked on mess when wiped down regularly.

This is a Nice pizza peel. Good handle on the end. Very sturdy and easy to use getting pizza out of oven into box or to serve.

This is a great metal pizza peel! It is very durable and withstands our hot brick oven temperatures of over 800 degrees on a daily bases. The wooden handle is strong enough to hold a loaded 14" pizza on and not bow. A great addition to any pizzeria.

Finally a great sturdy peel!! we use this everyday at our restaurant. Built very sturdy from quality material. The past ones always seem to break. This one is great for turning pizzas on a screen and slides under easily as well. Cleans easy too!

Perfect for the 12 and 16 inch pizzas that we do. Long handle but not too long that its in the way. Very durable as well!

The American Metalcraft 3016 16" x 18" Aluminum Pizza Peel with 12" Wood Handle features a flat, thin, lightweight aluminum blade, and a wooden handle. The handle of a peel needs to be long enough that metal blade can reach the back of the oven without burning your hands (ideally about 4-5 inches away from the door). In that regard this peel is perfect. The only potential problem may be storage. Initially, we drilled a hole in the hand and hung it on a hook. We now store it in a nook between the fridge and the housing. This peel is very easy to clean and looks good as new after over a year of use. This is a good, sturdy pizza peel. Does an excellent job getting our XL pizzas out of the oven. Sturdy handle and rugged metal peel.

Great peel for getting pizza and bread in and out of the oven. My one modification was drilling a small hole through the end of the handle and tying a string to hang it on the wall when not in use.

This has been an amazing kitchen tool .It is sturdy ,Well made .It makes putting the pizza and getting pizza out of the oven much easier .and no burns on my hands since i have used this pizza peel . I love it !!

Perfect size peel for my electric counter top ovens. Just the right length to reach in and out with. A little flimsy where the rivets are but it's not an issue for me. Hope this helps
