Works great! Perfect long handle makes it easy to retrieve the pizzas from the back of the oven. I will be ordering the same again and again!!!!

We use it in a wood-fired oven. Works great. Very light and yet sturdy.

The handle is a little long, but I've never had any trouble with my pies sticking to it or cleaning it. Good.

These work great. The get abused rubbing up against the bottom of the oven stone and the high heat but hold up great. They dont bend easy and stay strong.

Just the right size. our largest round pizza is 15 inches and this covers the complete bottom. Making it very helpful to cut the pizzas on and then transfer to the pizza box.

We use both the wooden peels and the aluminum peels in our shop. The wooden is perfect for getting the pies in, but this peel is perfect for turning the pies or getting them out.

Solid handle, doesn't break or chip too easily, has a good handle legnth, and is easy to use. We use this for the pizza's in our pizza oven.

The thin edge on this is much easier to slide pizzas onto the stone and then remove them after baking, unlike the wooden peel which has a thicker edge and tended to push the dough rather than slide under it..

In use for 1 week and the handle is already loose and wobbly. We've used these exact American Metalcraft peels for many years, but this one isn't working out.

All around great peak, we use both wood and metal but the metal is especially great for removing slices from the oven without having to worry about ripping them from thickness of some wood peaks. Lightweight but strong and durable. Excellent Peal!!

Paddle is about a year old and the handle is still tight on it. The edges of the paddle have not flipped up like I have had with paddles in the past. I would recommend.

Just built a pizza oven and needed a peel. This peel has just the right angle on the handle to make getting the pizza in and out of the oven. The handle is nice and smooth to the touch and easy to keep clean.

I'm a home cook. Wish this metal pizza peel had holes all over it so the dough doesn't stick as much. Overall, I've found that wooden peels are good for raw dough and the thinner metal pizza peel is great for taking the pizza out. I wish the wooden handle was a little smoother. I think I might have to sand it and seal it so I don't get wooden splinters.

Good quality, good price, great use for our smaller pizzas and allows for better control when taking them out of our pizza ovens and putting into the boxes.

We love these peels! I've ordered them a few times because they take a beating! The grommets that attach to the handle will eventually melt away from the bottom because of the heat of the oven, but they are great!

Just as expected, not top quality - cause then you would have to pay for top quality! This is just what we were looking for! Perfect for our use.

This works great for handling pizza. I wished it had some type of hanging option like a drilled hole or hook or maybe a loop of some kind. Not a deal breaker but would be a nice option for storing in small spaces.

These are great for daily use, perfect size and length for 14 inch and 12 inch pizzas. Employees have liked these better than many others we have tried.

I used and experimented with several pizza peels and was unable to find the perfect product. Getting ready to open a second location, and just ordered 2 more of these. They last on average 4-5 years under heavy use.

I got this for a nontraditional thing, cake! I use this to lift and stack awkward larger cakes. Although the handle is a little long for this use, it works beautifully!
