American Metalcraft Aluminum Pizza Screens are durable and get used numerous times during a week. I like that fact that you can use them for more than pizza. I use them in a convection oven for pizza's, baked potato's frozen french fries and just about anything that I think would benefit from air circulating through screen..

Very light and sturdy. Making 16 inch thin crust pizza on a pizza stone very easy. Pizza comes off the screen very easy after about 2 minutes of cooking to allow the bottom of the crust to cook directly on the stone.

I ordered two of these and one was nice and flat, but the other one is "domed", sticking up about 3/16" in the middle. I've been happy with other products from American Metalcraft in the past.

I replace my screens about every year, I ordered 24 -16" screens from you. They are very thin and some of them warped the first use. Really was very disappointed in them ,have already pulled out at least 3, cause the are burning the middles of my pizzas.

The American Metalcraft pizza screen is definitely heavy duty. It's necessary for making pizzas and allowing them to cool without ending up with a soggy bottom.

These are the only brand of pizza screens our restaurant will use. They et run through our pizza oven multiple times a day and don't warp like other brands even with the constant intense heat. The wire mesh also is very durable to being cleaned and not coming apart.

We use 100+ plus of these every day, and we do not have many issues with them. The one issue we do have is that they do start to bend after heavy use, but thats our only issue!

It is heavy duty and can definitely take a beating. Definetly worth the extra money. We used to use two screens but with these we only need one to do the job

This is useful for cooking frozen pizzas when you don't want to rest them directly on the rack. Crisps the bottom crust as well as resting directly on the rack. Home Run Inn, anybody?

For the money these screens have dramatically improved our NY style production and we highly recommend them. I know it's not "traditional" to use screens, but dang if they don't work

These pizza pans are the best for cooking our pizzas. They regulate the heat well so the our crusts cook evenly. We do have to spray the very well so the pizza doesnt stick.

These simple and easy to store pizza screens are our favorite! They last a long time and they do not bend or break easily. We use them daily to cook 12” thin crust pizzas. Lovely!

This Pizza screen is great we have been using it for years and it doubles as a tray for our subs to toast in the oven as well.

I got this pizza screen recently. It is not too much heavy and not too much light. It can hold large size pizza. It is strong enough, and can not be bent easily. Of course price is great.

The holes in the pizza screen allow the crust to become extra crispy. Many of our customers enjoy the subtle crunch in their pizzas. Would recommend if this is something your clientele enjoys.

Love all these pizza screens, not just for pizza, we use them to sift bread crumbs and even use them in all our sinks over the drains.

They're built just right. The metal mesh is seamless with the outer rim. I have people asking for these by name (American Metalcraft) so that is a good sign.

I just received this pizza screen and was happy with the quality of this Item. I have purchased these from other company's and have paid more for cheaper screens. I believe they will hold up well, our restaurant will sure to put them to the test!!

I experimented with the pizza screens and found them to be a simple alternative to launching a pie directly onto the stone. This screen seemed to be the perfect size for a home pizza cook. It supported the pie without issue, and the crust turned out just how I like it. I do recommend these screens, and will be purchasing more of them myself.

I have used this screen on multiple occasions and I must report that it does an excellent job. The pizza crust gets remarkably crisp and brown, which really adds to the depth of flavor the pizza has to offer.

These screens work perfect, I use them to brown bottom of the pizza when it’s completely cooked on the top!! I highly recommend it for use in pizza brick oven

What a massive pizza screen. We used it to make a huge pie for parties. It worked wonderfully. Surprising durable for holding such a heavy pie.

these pizza screens are nice and sturdy. They can hold a heavy dough if that's what you like. I prefer a thin dough and the screens help make it nice and crispy because of the mesh.

We bought these screens to try the infamous, 24 inch pizza. These screens lasted well for a year. After that, they started to warp a little on the sides. A good product that will stand up to many pizzas.
