Bought 2 of these and one is total junk, the stew hole size is larger than the stew itself and won’t work, tried to initiate a return and the return cost is more than the purchase cost. We spend thousands of dollars a month and very dissatisfied with return policy.

these metal lids are perfect for our line. they are sturdy and have lasted us almost two years. we use them for our entire service. highly recommend.

Aluminum 10 1/4 in round Batting Covers are used 24/7 st our store. Veggies such as pepperedley and zuchinni and onions are all under that cover before serving.

I use this type of cover when fried food and I love cooking with type of cover. The cover works fine with any of different type of dishes.

These are great!! Clean up is easy and they do a great job on the grill.

Metal is a little light duty but it does the job

Great for melting cheese on the flat top

This product works as advertised. We use it to help melt cheese on sandwiches we cook on a griddle. Easy to clean and cools down quickly so not to burn yourself when using it. The only drawback that I have had i that the screw inside that holds the plastic handle on the lid loosens every so often. It has never came off but just be aware you may need to tighten it up from time to time. Other than that I recommend this product and will continue to use it

The knob came off right away, but after my husband rigged it, it’s worked great.

This does the job you expect at a fair price and has good durability. We have used it for most of the year and it is holding up well against the daily usage.

The handle is easy and comfortable for my chefs to use. It is light weight. This helps us when cooking an item on the flat top and when we need to keep the heat in that area. I highly recommend this product.

This classic metal lid has really gotten the job done! They seem to be really durable when compared to other similar products. No complaints here!

What I liked the most about this product is that you can fit more than one burger patty. Also, it doesn't get too hot.

We bought this to keep our grilled chicken moist. We would put the grilled chicken on the grill pour water over it and then put the top on it and it kept it heated and moist very good product.

At first I thought this was a cheap product but it has survived 8 months of abuse and seems to be staying together better than I expected.

Take years of hard use/abuse and keep on going. Purchased multiple times and will continue to purchase again. Good product that it tough to beat for the price.

Perfect size for my food truck. It is used often to cover burgers to speed the melting of cheese. Lightweight and compact, it is a necessity in my kitchen.

This product is more affordable than the stainless steel option and very lightweight. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and the top knob doesn't get hot while using on flat top.

great for grill or pan use and easy works well with flat top bbq. I bought this size but perhaps the next large size with more depth is more useful.

I have to tell it, the round Aluminum Basting Covers from American Metalcraft are unbelievable, I have one of 7 "and this one of 9" and both are a very good product with very good shape and finished

Perfect size dome for burgers. Holds up very well for high volume operations. The knob handle sometimes loosens and needs to be retightened. Be careful not to strip the screw when tightening.

Enjoy using this basting cover to speed up cooking times on our burgers, this helps makes sure they are cooked through. Would recommend to others, just make sure to periodically tighten the screw connecting the handle on top.

Very good product - we use at the cheesesteak shop and it was held up good - I would recommend keeping a screw driver on hand to tighten the knob as it comes loose woth extended use

This lid is the perfect size for melting cheese on hamburgers omelets or almost anything. The handle does not get hot to the touch and the height is perfect for sandwiches to fit under.

These were not as heavy duty as we would have liked. The tape holding them together in the set was very difficult to remove. The handle gets very hot as well.

This basting cover is perfect for covering small items like burgers and eggs. It’s light weight, and takes up very little space in the kitchen.
