As a cocktail enthusiast/nerd, I wanted to have a larger version of the Angostura bitters on display as it’s a great conversation piece with its iconic oversized label that was originally a mistake but was embraced and now is recognized the world over. These bitters are the bomb! If your drink recipe calls for bitters, these are the ones to get. So worth it, and so much cheaper here than we can even get locally.

I love my Angostura! However, I am rating WebstaurantStore a little low this time because one of the boxes was not closed properly on the bottom. When we picked it up the bottom dropped out and one of the bottles broke before we could catch the rest. The other box was fine. I sent a message and photo to customer service, but no one responded.

The medium-sized Angostura Bitters is a clean drop when divided into small bitter bottles. The taste and aroma are the same as the small Angostura bitter bottle, which is recommended for bars and restaurants where bitter consumption is fast.

Angostura bitters is one of the classics and never fails to disappoint. In my opinion it is the best aromatic bitters out there, and the 16 oz size is a great deal, much more economical than buying the 4 oz bottles locally. Great in old fashioneds

So happy that Webstaurant carries Angostura bitters! I had been buying them in the store on online via Amazon for the longest time before I thought to check Webstaurant to see if they carried them. I use both the original aromatic bitters and the orange bitters. They give my cocktails so much more depth and are absolutely fantastic. I only wish that Webstaurant carried the larger size of them since I go through them relatively quickly. I'd buy the larger size a lot!

I always opt for the larger bottle as I make several Ango forward drinks such as the Trinidad Sour. Angostura is the most iconic bitters and no bar should be without it. The only word of warning on the larger bottle is that it comes out in a slightly larger quantity per dash than the smaller bottles.

You already know what this brand costs in the store. None of my food purveyors carry this brand and there is no substitution. Easy way to save a couple bucks with exact same brand.
