Very soothing. This is my tea of choice for a nice nighttime hot tea break. The aroma alone makes me feel relaxed and lazy. It also is not a "heavy" tea and is perfect for after a meal.

I am old. We are often told to drink warm water with honey and lemon. This works SO SO much better. Add a thin slice of lemon to the cup and a bit of orange blossom honey and you're drinking an entire pot not just a single glass in the morning.
