Of all the hot sauces in this category, Louisiana is my favorite. Great for making sauce for wings, we use it in a spicy mayo for our Hot Chicken Katsu Sandwiches. We buy a case that includes 4 gallons for our restaurant for a good price.

Product itself was fine. There was literally no packing material inside the shipping box. Not the first time this happened. The other item in my order, Kalamata olives, arrived leaking despite being sandwiched between an impressive amount of bubble wrap packing material. How on earth does that happen? The box wasn't damaged at all. A replacement is being reshipped at Webstaurant's expense. This will be the third reshipment of those olives because the past two shipments arrived leaking. Third time's a charm? We shall see. I will continue having the item reshipped ad infinitum at Webstaurant's expense until this madness ends. No skin off my back. Make sure to video document yourself opening the shipping box to eliminate suspicions of fraud.

THE BEST hot sauce you can get at this price. Great heat, great flavor, great value...there are some small batch hot sauces that are better, heck, I've made better myself...but you will not find any other hot sauce anywhere near this price range that is as good. This is the perfect hot sauce for something with some HEAT if you want to buy by the gallon. It is much hotter than a lot of other sauces, so it may not be ideal for everyone.

I would like to recommend this hot sauce over Sweet Baby Ray and Franks Red Hot. This sauce has the unique flavor from southern states, and it is great in marinating for my chicken sandwich, as well as making my own buffalo sauce for wings.
