I love this emulsion, it not only gives you the red velvet particular flavor but also the color. So you don’t have to add any other coloring to your confection. I use it for my red velvet ny style cookie for coloring and flavor and for flavor enhancement on my red velvet cake.

This product is a cheat code! I've gotten so many repeat orders and new orders because of the 5-star reviews I've received. I really do have the best red velvet cupcakes in Japan, and this bakery emulsion is a major contributing factor to that success. I love that it also contains the right amount of coloring to help prevent adding too much or too little on your own, although I do add a couple drops of a lighter red for poppier color.

You don't need too much to incorporate this into your batter, the color is very strong (concentrated), dark to begin with. It taste great, no 'artificial' taste. This is my favourite from the entire LorAnn Oils selections!
