This flavor is very unique with its distinct spicy bouquet. It bears absolutely no resemblance to the Creme Bouquet flavoring profile. The Creme Bouquet flavors that I used from 'MagicLine', and another brand, have strong almond base-notes co-mingled with a celestial citrusy blend. This flavoring is a bit harder to distinguish. It is not a strong spicy flavor but, it is distinct and caution should be taken when using it. I personally feel it works best when combined with other flavors like vanilla.

Shipping process is horrible. Glass bottles thrown into a large box with other items. Not properly secured or wrapped. Bottles broken upon arrival.

You really have to get used to using emulsion instead of extract. There’s definitely a learning curve. This was a good product with good flavor and consistency.

As a cake decorator flavoring is at the top of my list! Having this flavoring not only adds just the right amount of the cookie and cake taste, but the smell Is Heavenly!

I love this bakery emulsion. I use it for Italian meringue ( supiro Dominicano) for my Dominican cakes, it add a really nice flavor and smell. I hear a lot of customer sometimes complain about the eggs smell on the icing from other bakeries, but they always complement mine, this bakery emulsion it’s my little secret.
