I really like this hazelnut emulsion it has a great flavor we use it in the kitchen and pastries and dessert breads we are a big fan of emotions versus extracts and once again Lauren professional kitchen has a great product I recommend using this product if you were wanting hazelnut flavoring or personal favorite is the banana nut bread
