Wreaks of chemical; tastes like caramel-colored alcohol. We tried this imitation vanilla a couple of times and then finally dumped it down the drain.

A wonderful alternative to vanilla extract. This imitation vanilla taste decent. Although not even close to actual vanilla extract, would recommend to those who are looking for an economic vanilla flavor product.

I was hoping to buy vanilla in larger size to save money, but this one just tastes really bad. It smells like play dough and tastes nothing remotely similar to vanilla. I have yet to bring myself to use it again.

We were trying to source a cheaper vanilla flavor for our coffee shop, to use in homemade drink syrups and in pasties. Unfortunately this product doesn't quite work for us. The flavor is ALRIGHT, but it has a certain maple/cream soda aspect to it that isn't anything like real vanilla extract or a higher quality vanilla flavoring.

This Imitation vanilla is the next best thing to pure vanilla. The price is very economical and is as good as Bakers which has a much higher cost.
