Flour is good but we can get it cheaper from Sysco due to the shipping cost. Other than cost four is good for our bakery.

Great product - happy to find this available to be shipped in the large weight. I was tired of having to go get cake flour at my local grocery store in little 2# boxes. Shipped great with no punctures in the bag. I will continue to order.

Great cake flour to use with cake and cupcakes. All the cakes at the bakery turned out nice and fluffy. We would definitely recommend this flour.

We switched to this pastry flour from all-purpose flour when we purchased a cookie dough puck-forming machine that worked the dough more than the hand-scooping we were doing. This is high quality stuff, 100% wheat (unenriched), and we'll keep buying so long as it's available.

This a good cake flour to use on my sponge cakes, very fluffy and soft cakes. Price point is fair free shipping if you’re “Plus member” almost same price at US Chef. Highly recommended!

ADM cake flour is great! We use it mixed with our special patent flour for our cookie doughs and quickbreads. The 50lb quantity is perfect for our needs and we stored them in big bins we also bought from Webstaurant as well that hold a full 50lb bag of the flour.

This is another item that I was forced to buy in bulk because of covid 19. I have to say as bad as this is. I was able to find what I needed and now I will only buy from here. This flour is great.

ADM all purpose flour is a good product with slightly lower protein content than King Arthur Flour and can be used in so many cooking and baking dishes!

Superb all purpose flour that as someone that bakes more than they breathe, highly recommends. I’ve noticed my baked goods are even better after using this product which was the first time. I have tried quite a few flours over the years but I am hooked.

Excellent quality and value. I've used it several times this past month in making cakes (the protein % made it versatile enough for me for use in cakes rather than buying cake flour), which all turned out amazing, from lemon chiffon to devil's chocolate. The pastry flour was fresh, properly stored, and had no signs of weevils. I immediately vacuum packed all of it and stuffed it in the freezer. I could not ask for better!

This flour is great for baking I go through a bag every 2 months. I lead skeptical about purchasing because I’m a white lily fan when it comes to baking but I tried this one and I’ll never go back my cakes are perfect.

This is a very lightweight flour that gives a “wedding cake” type consistency so it would probably work best if you’re preparing something like that. I haven’t tried it in a lot of other recipes so I can’t speak to that, but what I have made tasted as good as any bakery.

Excellent quality and quantity for such a low price! This is a whole lot of flour! I purchased this as I am an avid baker and love to cook but I underestimated just how much flour 50lbs is. Stored in mason jars, vacuum sealed, with silica packs will have this lasting me a long long time! Highly recommended and will purchase again.

i've used this flour to make noodles, perogies, sandwich bread, and poppy seed loaf and the results were very good ..... the noodles and dumpling dough turned out especially well when made with eggs, chewy, substantial, and firm resembling udon

Premium Spring Patent Flour - 50 lb. is a great flour and is the only bread flour we use for our breads. Flavor is great and provides a nice crumb and texture to the bread.

Excellent bread flour; I used this to bake bread for my whole family this summer. If you're using it in a recipe where you previously used all-purpose flour (like I was), combine the flour with 10% of its weight in vegetable oil before adding any water, to reduce how much gluten forms. (This is equivalent to ~1 tbs. oil per cup of flour, or around 3 tbs. per loaf.) I do second the request for a 25-lb. option, though; I might still have gotten this much in the order, but it would have been *much* more manageable in 25-lb. bags.

Awesome size and price. We were looking to add bulk food for storage. Had a hard time finding any bulk sizes in flour. Lucked out finding it here at a good price.
