Regal never disappoints! Have always enjoyed their spices so I was excited to try their almond flour to use in our gluten free baked goods. It is finely ground and absolutely perfect for our baked goods. Highly recommend using this if you are looking for a high quality almond flour for a fraction of the cost. I love to make French macarons and almond flour can get expensive at the grocery store. This is a fantastic price and I'm pleased to report it's just as good of quality as the Bob's Red Mill or Simple Truth brands I used to get...in fact, it seems better, as there are even fewer specks of skin that make their way into the final product. It is only packaged in a plastic bag though, so I recommend moving it to a new container for longer storage when you get it. Also, keep it in the fridge if you're not going to go through it very quickly, because as a nut product it can go rancid when exposed to warmth and air for long periods of time.

This is a really nice quality almond flour. I've never baked with it before, but I wanted to have some gluten free options for our customers. This was a good quantity of flour to start with and is priced reasonably.
