This is the ONLY flour I use for my gluten free bakery. It holds up against gluten flour amazingly. This is the BEST price I've found as well. Quality GF Flour is hard to find.

Great product. We use a one to one replacement ratio in quick breads, muffins etc. I usually add just a dollop of sour cream or apple sauce to counteract any dryness

Bob's is great, always high quality and this flour is no exception! 1 to 1 makes it easier to adhere to recepies. Texture is great, a little on the fine side, but otherwise no issues. Would order again.

This is a great sub in for gluten free flour if you don't want to add xanthan gum, but I prefer the other bob's red mill gluten free as it tends to create moister and firmer products.

The delivery was on the time they promised, and the package it was excellent specially by the fact I ordered regular flour in the same order and they separated in individual packages!

This is good gluten-free flour, but I don't feel like it is actually one to one. It makes things come out much soggier and not as well-rounded as regular flour. I will only be using this for specific recipes that call for it.

Awesome product, we use this as a one to one substitute for our gluten free needs. We like bob's red mill products and exclusively use their products for our baking needs. We use it at an elevation over 8000ft with little alterations needed.

Pleasantly surprised by this 1:1 gluten free flour! I'd never used it before but took a chance and purchased it for our bakery as we have many customers who are GF. The feedback is great and even for us non-GF people, it tastes great! We will continue to purchase this over and over. Texture differences are almost undetectable.

Okay y'all....the trick to fooling even the snobbiest baked good connoisseurs (my neighbor actually published several bread cookbooks) with GF imposters is to let the dough rest overnight. Yes: cookie dough, muffins, cupcakes, banana bread, lemon pound cake etc. need time for the flours to *hydrate* thereby eliminating that dreaded grainy texture that is the signature giveaway of GF knock-offs. Try it, you'll see! Also, this flour is FANTASTIC for homemade dog treats as well! Your pups will LOVE your culinary prowess:))

I brought this product a couple times already. Great product; I use it for baking and frying. You might not think to use it for frying but it's the same as non gluten flour!

This is a really nice GF flour. We used to use Bob's Red Mill's other flour replacement but we had some complaints about the flavor. So we switched to this one and you can't even tell and item is gluten free. Highly recommend.
