Excited by the price, disappointed in the product. Did not have a rich, malt flavor. Strange texture too... almost like we tried to mix dry pancake batter into a milkshake. We ended up taking it as a loss as we could not in good conscience serve it to our customers.

Liked finding the malted milk powder in this larger package. The price was good for the amount you got, however it was too sweet and lacked the good malted flavor we had with other brands.

Great product for the price. it thickens our milkshakes and adds a great flavor the the customers love. Easy reorder and quick shipping as well.

The malt is great. We put it in our shakes and it tastes great. We go through a lot of it so the bag size works for us.

This malt powder is very good! My customers love it. Not many places offer old fashioned malts. I would like to see it in a sealable container though instead of a bag

Malted milk powder was ok but a lot finer than the brand name do you need to use more for taste. Also, pouches it came in were broken so powder was everywhere. Webstaurant customer service was good about replacing.

really bad product, have to use a lot to get ok taste. Also they should pack it better, one package broke and made other packages sticky

This malt powder is the best smelling stuff!!! It has a totally different profile than the malt extract that I normally use for baking. Even though this malt has added ingredients such as salt, corn syrup, flavorings and even baking soda, it is one of the best ingredients that you can have in your cooking and baking arsenal. It works wonders for both sweet and savory foods!! I add it to hamburger and gravies. I mix it with malt extract and add to my bread doughs, giving them that true bakery taste. And of course, it gives your ice cream a tasty twist but I don't think it is the malty flavor many people are looking for in that respect. That said, if you're looking to take your cooking and baking up a notch or 10, this malt powder is for you.

We absolutely love that this comes in a convenient two pound bag. It made everything a lot easier for us. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed with this stuff.

Great product but shipping costs was a little high.

We have used a name brand malt powder for quite some time and wanted to give this more cost effective option a try. We went through the product quickly with the malts we make. Customer have not noticed the difference so we plan to order this product again. Comes in a silver foil type bag so not as easy to store as stacking cans.

Do not get this product if you live in a humid area. No matter how air tight you seal it, it will harden and turn into chunks. Too hard to manage waste

Two pounds of malted milk powder is a lot, especially if you are using a few tablespoons at a time in recipes, but this is very tasty malted milk powder and is great for smoothies, baked goods, and candies.

Flavourful and easy to use would be my description of the malted milk powder. It gives the nostalgia of a good ovaltine float without the allergic reaction ovaltine usually triggers for me. 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and follow the direction on the packaging.

This Malted Milk powder works great in our shakes and in some of our specialty coffee drinks. It blends well with ice and with coffee.
