This extract is average at best. It requires i use a little more extract than i typically do in my recipes. Its fine for the price point, but i typically only use this one as a backup

Comparing it to similar Imitation Almod flavoring like McCormicks brand, this is the same quality with better ingredients than McCormicks. For the price per ounce, its unbeatable. There is only 3 ingredients:Water, Alcohol, and flavoring. No sugar, no preservatives other than the alcohol. Smell and taste is very good. So far, I've used the flavoring in rainbow cookies as well as making an Almond flavored syrup for coffee and other treats. Nothing to really complain about based on the quality, the quantity and the price.

Clear almond is great for white almond sour cream cakes. It can be expensive and there are few brand options in the store, so this is a good value.
