Can't believe what a great price this butter flavoring is compared to the one I was previously using! I was concerned it wouldn't taste as good, but no one has noticed a difference.

Clear butter flavoring is a must when making vegan buttercream. Even the flavored vegan buttercreams can be too overpowered by shortening so this does more than help cut that without changing the snow white color of the frosting.

A great clear butter flavoring. I use it in my icing for both cakes and cookies. Keeps the icing nice and white but gives it a great butter taste.

Great flavoring for frosting and perfect size. Only complaint is that the bottles look exactly like the almond extract so you really have to pay attention.

The Shanks Imitation Butter has a nice buttery flavor for cakes, cookies and even fudge. The clear color is perfect so that it doesn't affect the color of your product.

Butter flavor can sometimes have a cheap popcorn kind of taste and smell, but not this one. I use it in icing and have had great results.

Imitation butter is irreplaceable for that abstract “something is missing” taste in cookies. It adds great flavor without tha water content that you would get from using pure butter. This also twice the size, but half the price, of anywhere else I’ve looked.

Shank's Imitation Butter flavoring is a great addition to my buttercream recipe. I typically use pure vanilla extract to flavor the buttercream but adding a bit of this takes it to another level! Will definitely purchase again!

It has an artificial butter flavor smell, but in icing it has a familiar and nice taste. I don't use butter in my icing, and this gives a decent butter flavor as a replacement.

As with the white vanilla. I use this equally. I wish it was in larger container tho like the white vanilla. Going to reorder more and will continue to order.
