A great vanilla extract! It's got a powerful aroma and flavor and is an excellent flavoring component to our baked goods and drinks in store. We use it for pastries, baked cookies and cakes, and for house made vanilla simple syrups for our coffee and tea drinks.

I used to buy a different brand of pure vanilla at a cake supply store near me but it is very expensive, 4x of this product. I bought this because of the price and it surprised me that it is not only affordable but the smell is stronger than the ones I bought. It's not that too strong that ruins the flavor of the cake or cupcakes. It makes taste better than the other vanilla that I bought before. I definitely recommend this product.

I LOVED this vanilla in cookies, cakes, doughnuts, coffee, shakes, - the list is endless! I was spoiled - it was such a good price it was the first time I ever felt free to use it in liberal amounts in my cooking. I even used it as an air freshener! GOOD DEAL!

Shank's Premium is a very good vanilla extract for the money. It is not as watered down as much as some of the so said "premium" vanillas out there and it has a good flavor. We will be ordering it again.

This is not the best quality of Vanilla Extract, you get what you pay for. But if Vanilla is not that important to you than it is a great substitute for the very expensive extracts on the market.

Really great price for vanilla extract. I tried this one out, but usually only use alcohol-free vanilla extract. I still prefer the alcohol-free products, as they leave you with a rich and pure vanilla smell and taste, instead of getting disrupted with an alcohol scent. If you're just using for some casual baking at home, this is totally fine and does the job.

Good value for vanilla, but not sure I would buy again if you are looking for a high quality product. Nothing wrong with it at all. We are using it with good results.
