This is a great seasoning blend we use. The flavor is really great, it does not have a high level of spiciness. The flavor is versatile, we use it in many dishes.

Strong seasoning, not hot, savory, a little goes a looong way. Use real butter and coconut oil to sauté your chicken and pork, and it's complimentary to the savory characteristics of this excellent spice mix. Add less than you think at first, its actually best when its used minimalist like. We do up the onions and peppers to taste separate, than add together with meat, blend and its good to go. Doesn't need much salt at all. If using butter that seems to be enough saltiness by itself itself.

We buy the 8lb knowing we would run out fast if we bought any smaller the season is more versatile than just for fajitas allowing for great recipes to be created with low cost ingredients

Not as big a fan of the Regal fajita seasoning, too much salt for the flavor balance in our opinion. We have found a small quantity at the end works but we won't get this one again. Just a personal preference, we like our mix with less salt.

When I make fajitas at home I use this seasoning and let me tell you....it’s as though it came from a restaurant. A little on the salty side so a little goes a long way. I highly recommend this seasoning for authentic fajita taste...in your home!!!!!

I love all of the Regal Spices I've purchased from Webstaurant. They are generous portions, always fresh and you just can't beat the price! Although this one isn't my favorite, it's pretty good. I agree with some of the other reviews - it is a bit salty, but the bit of heat sort of balances it out. Nice flavor overall and a time saver, as I used to mix my own blend. It does get a bit "clumpy" but I just shake it up or move it around with a butter knife to break it up. I'd purchase this one again.

This Regal Fajita Seasoning tastes great and tastes exactly like a fajita. It is pretty salty but still tastes good. I was surprised that it was a little hard and clumpy. It does take a lot of shaking to loosen up.
