These are edible!? We used to play with them and use them for making good scents when we were kids--they grow on bushes that are really fun to bounce in. These berries are delicious! They are a mix between a strong mint, pepper corns and pine taste. They are great for spiced cakes, pudding, fish and other flavorings where you would use pepper. Grind well in coffee grinder.

Juniper berries were a special order through our local vendor and double the price, so I was so happy to find that Webstaurant carried them through Regal. We use the juniper berries to great a house made juniper lime simple syrup for our cocktails and it has great aromatics and flavor. We have really enjoyed working with the spice line and the cost is always perfect for our margins.

I live in Mexico, Juniper berries are not commonly sold here. I bought these when I brine my own corned beef and marinate lamb for the grill. Great value and super I can add these to my not so easy to find spice list!

This was a wonderful blend of spices! It seasoned my dishes perfectly! It was well balanced while still providing a big punch of flavor at the end.

These are really strong juniper berries. I have put them in marinades and the flavor comes through. You get a large amount for what you pay and I think it will be hard to go through all of them. I look forward to using them in charcuterie.

I was excited when I found juniper berries here. I have looked all over and could not find them. I love using them in my scent pods because they smell great when boiled and are great for making bad odors.

If you are a gin drinker, adding these juniper berries will mimic the flavors of gin. At Christmas one of our specials is a gin and tonic pickle and without these berries, the pickles would be lacking flavor. Also if you are a home brewer, they add a unique flavor to your brews.

The Juniper Berries by Regal Spice offer up some of the most aromatic scents that I’ve ever had the luxury of cooking or preparing food with. They lend a strong citrus flavor to anything you’re planning to cook. I’ve successfully used them on pork, fish and chicken. I’m thinking about adding them to my beef brisket rub as a super secret ingredient.

These juniper berries do make great tasty marinades. The uses for these are endless but it will take time to experiment with some other dishes.

Beautifully dried and preserved juniper berries. The smell of them is absolutely overwhelming and surprising for a product preserved in this way. if you are using them as a crushed dry spice they will be just as fantastic as if you are re-hydrating them in mead. More beneficial in terms of home remedies than in dishes. I found that using it in dishes is kind of useless because I'm not too fond of the taste but In herbal teas it has exactly what I need for my health. I have GI issues and this helps especially with the gas. Too thumbs up for medicinal value.
