I absolutely love honey mustard. I don't make my own from scratch yet but I do love to ground this up and add a teaspoon to my honey mustard mix.

you can't go wrong with these mustard seeds. i use them mostly for pickling (as a flavor or as a condiment), but they're great for any application where some mustard flavor is desired.

This mustard seed is nice and strong. I find it grinds easily when I added a a bit of water in the mortar and pestle to get a strong paste which is a great addition to chicken.

Love the Regal Brand of herbs and spices. You can't beat their quality and exceptional value. These whole yellow mustard seeds are great for rubs or even grinding to make mustard powder. Only negative would be the stems...I had quite a bit in my bottle.

Purchase this product along with spice containers. I realize that it much better to grind your own spices and cost less to do so. I use the mustard seeds to make granulated or finely ground powders to make my own rubs or for an extra need for flavor.

The Regal brand line of yellow mustard seeds are great! We use them for pickling them in house to use on sandwiches and as garnish and it creates a very beautiful and delicious pickled mustard seed. Definitely recommend buying it for your spice needs. They also offer it in a larger bulk size but the 16oz size works perfect for what we need. It's great for any restaurant pantry!

Do yourself a favor and buy whole seeds over pre ground. These whole mustard seeds are so aromatic and flavorful when you grind them up. We won't go back to pre ground mustard after using these.

Poor mustard seed! Taken for granted no more! with this seed spice. It is not bitter or burnt and the seeds are plump and not shriveled.

This is a nice spicy yellow white mustard. You can make a good Chinese mustard with it. It grinds well and adds texture to curry.

Regal is my new favorite brand, their spices are economical but also top notch! They work just as well if not better than the brand names and are fresh. I wish the container was a little thicker as the corners are super fragile bit for the price I can afford to store this in something else if it were to get damaged.
