We use Regal Mint leaves in our recipes and dishes. We especially love the vibrant green of the leaves which make our dishes pop! This is also great in Thai dishes.

I bought this to add to green teas while steaping to add flavor. I figured it would work when fresh mint wasn't available. I used in a larb recipe while cooking instead of stiring in fresh in the end since I didn't have fresh. It worked.

I absolutely love leaves mint this is great quality I bought to make a middle eastern drink. Here's how you make it: fill a cup about 1/3 full of plain yogurt get about a teaspoon of dried mint and crush it in your fingers add it to the cup and fill about 2/3 full of water and a dash of salt (I prefer pink Himalayan sea salt and a lot of it) and lastly mix it all together well... this is a delicious famous drink in Iran and it just wouldn't be the same without this mint.

These are flavorful and fresh tasting mint leaves. We have used them to add some more flavor to salads and they work well for meats as well.

Nice & fragrant, perfect for use in our kibbeh, to substitute for fresh mint when the latter is hard to affordably come by at some times of year.. [It's not bright green, so not a substitute for all purposes; but inside cooked products, it does the job well enough.

We have fresh mint during the summer but off season it's so wonderful to have this dried option- it is fresh smelling and brings a great flavor and energy to yogurts, sauces, soups and also makes a great tea! Mint is so good for you too.
