This salt arrived quickly and in good condition. The grind is fine as advertised; the salt grains are loose and are not clumped in the container.

Everything appeared fine but I did a test by dissolving 200 grams in water as we make sauces and not having used this product before, I needed to be sure everything was good. Unfortunately some sand was visible in the bottom of the stirring container. I filtered it out and examined it microscopically and it was definitely quartz sand. Customer service was very helpful and respsonded quickly to help the situation. This was the first time I ever had a bad regalc product.

Although it is 25 pounds of sea salt, i was led to believe that it came in a plastic container which made it difficult to store properly.

This is a very fine grained salt, so, for large quantity, restaurant type cooking, be sure to attend to measuring carefully if you're switching from a larger grained salt. Great salt! Very salty! Seems to clump in the container, but that’s nothing out of the norm. This salt is probably a little bit more coarse than typical table salt.

The Regal brand 25 lb bulk sea salt is an excellent product. It’s just the right size (not too coarse) and dissolves perfectly into the products we blend it into. We switched over to this from Roland brand and are happy with the change. Recommended

we use the regal fine sea salt in a lot of menu items instead of iodine table table salt/its much cheaper price then named brand ones.

He took for the sake of curiosity and did not regret it. Salt food with sea salt is much more interesting: mermaids, sea king, secrets of the ocean and all that, although it is not much different from ordinary salt. I want to express my gratitude for the quality of the goods.
