I love the flavor- unfortunately has a short shelf life as the ingredients tend to stick together due to the sweet components / I suggest a more courser grind and hard unprocessed Large crystal Brown Sugar - it last longer Great for Ribs but could use some Smoked Paprika and more Garlic……. Looking forward to the improvements.

It is perfect. I use a lot of kosher salt in baking, roasting and other methods of cooking. I like that this kosher salt flavor isn't as salty as regular iodized salt.

We make our own rubs in house but thought maybe if this is on par we could save some time and money buying it. We did some trials with some regulars and it wasn't up to par. So it wasn't a win for us but don't let that discourage you it isn't bad just not as good as our house rub.

If you want some bbq on the sweeter side this spice is for you. Dont be bashful with it apply liberally smoke and let everyone enjoy
