Reviews for Regal Taco Seasoning - 10 oz.

This taco seasoning didn't really work for us. It's too spicy yet oddly not flavorful. Not sure how that's even possible. There are other, better, options available.

I'm clearly in the minority here, but I didn't find this comparable to the packaged seasoning mixes. Being a restaurant-sized bottle, it didn't include directions. I prepared some ground beef as I normally would, and found it to be lacking in flavor. I added some more, and it ended up still not flavorful enough, but too salty. Thankfully it was very inexpensive, so I'm just going to cut my losses and buy the name brand stuff.

As with all of the Regal Spices I have purchased, the taco seasoning is fresh and full of flavor and color. This is a bit spicier than other brands I have purchased locally; might need to adjust your seasoning amounts.

It's a decent blend for homemade tacos. Be careful with it, it is very easy to get too much if you are used to using the packaged version. I have found using a little tomato chicken bullion helps to get what home users are more used to when preparing meats.

Excellent mix for homemade pickles. Great balance of spices and aromatics. Very fresh and aromatic. Works well for brining and even flavoring stews or soups.

This Regal Taco Seasoning is something I uses in many dishes. I sprinkle a little on my ground beef dishes, tuna dishes and even on my instant lunches and it makes them all taste so good. The price and quality of this product is unbeatable, and I highly recommend.

Bulk seasonings are my new go to's. I use this seasoning blend on Beef, Chicken & Turkey. It's great to not have to worry about the packet seasonings. This container lasts around a month before having to repurchase.

This is an ok taco seasoning that does not really have a strong flavor. Quite a bit more needs used than other brands so we had to get a bigger container of it.

Thought I would give this product a try because of the reviews and the price. All I can say is thank goodness I did a test batch cook a week before the event. This product had a mediocre flavor and the texture of broken bit of glass. Threw it away.

I have teenage boys. Buying tiny packets of taco seasoning is a thing of the past for me since I discovered this size. More organized cabinet and saves money.

Nothing wrong with the Regal taco seasoning for a premix but it is a little heavy on the cumin balance for my personal taste. Does have a very similar flavor to most commercial mixes I tried.

My family absolutely loves Mexican/Southwest dishes. This is our go to seasoning and we go through a lot of it. This is a great quantity at a great price and lets not forget about the flavor. Its classic and oh so delicious!

I have always went with McCormick taco seasoning but I had a hard time getting it. This one is very close to the real deal. Add a little extra cumin and you are all set for taco Tuesdays.

Regal Taco Seasoning is hands down one of the best taco Seasonings we have used, it has a delicious flavor. The only thing that gets me is the containers never arrive full but they do weigh the correct amount

bough this thinking it would work for us the flavor profile was not their and had to add a ton just to get the partial flavor we wanted. all the videos done do not mention how much to add per pound so we did a test on 1lb in our test kitchen. look for our video review as well

This taco seasoning is handy to add to almost any meat. I like to cover pork loin. It is also good on ground beef. The flavors are balanced and delicious.

I would not purchase this product again. It does not compliment any taco dish or work as a traditional taco seasoning mix would. I find it to taste of old flour and bland Chipotle with a dark woody taste.

This taco seasoning rivals the name brand stuff, but it significantly cheaper. Exactly what we expected when we wanted a taco seasoning-well rounded flavor and slight spice.

Those little taco packets are not economical and often too spicy for my taste. This blend provides a good base for you to tweek to your liking. I like that it has a generous amount of cacao.

Nice flavorful taco seasoning with well rounded flavors. Does not have enough heat for my tastes though. I add an additional half teaspoon of cayenne per pound of ground beef taco meat to kick up the heat, but I like things spicy.
