Not as good as Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt. More pebbly and less flaky so it makes it harder to pinch the right amount each time in my opinion. Still a pretty good value though

I used the coarser kosher salt so I don’t over salt my food. It’s easier to see the salt granules. It’s great for chicken breast, fish and steak. I use this at the table as well for people who like a little more salt on their steak

It seems to be the same product as name-brand and foodservice options, just at a lower cost. Win-win for us.

I have used this coarse salt in baking mixes I make for cupcakes/cakes and its fabulous. I make a cocoa butter frosting and when you bite into the cupcakes you get a hint of salt with the chocolate in the cupcakes and its delicious. I also use it on top of meals rather than grinding. I like the coarse texture to the salt and its less processed.

Heaven in a bottle. For me convince, no lumps, easy to use and it just good stuff. Over my 70 plus years of cooking you start to appreciate the little things. This is one of those things. I rate it 5. I simple cannot believe how happy this product have made me.

This vessel of sodium chloride is the apex of human innovation in food science. I never understood why there have been so many wars over salt throughout human history until now. This product is quite literally worth dying for, I never open my store without having 10 cases of these things in the back. The only downside is that only comes in coarse form and not soft. I would like more variety in the future, but otherwise stellar product!

This is really great salt 1 pound of it to be exact. Do you need 1 pound of kosher salt I recommend getting this because it did the job very well I have already used it all up.

Tried using this due to shortage of Diamond Kosher. I had a difficult time using this because I was so use to the texture and saltiness of Diamond Kosher. Quality is great, just not used to it.

This salt is a nice heavy texture for cooking, baking, and dusting on top of eggs. It doesn't clump together in the container, and the container has a nice wide mouth to scoop out into smaller shakers.

This salt is very course. Much more course than other kosher salts. Otherwise, price is great and in a good sturdy container with an opening that you can reach inside.

Interesting looking salt. It’s not really flaky like traditional kosher salt, but more like micro pellets. To be honest, it’s not my favorite to season meats and finished foods. What I end up using it for is salting any type of liquids needed salt. I.e. pasta boiling water, blanching water, stocks, poaching water. It’s very affordable for the weight that you receive. Flavor - totally fine. Taste like - well - salt! Cheers

I use kosher salt almost exclusively when I cook, so it's nice to be able to get it in this quantity. The bottle cap was unscrewed when I received it and a decent part of the salt had spilled, but it had been packed in a plastic bag inside of the box, so I could easily retrieve the salt and pour it back into the container. Still usable. Thank you!!
