Great mix of black, white, green and red peppercorns. Mostly black for the expected pepper flavor, but the assortment adds a lot to the flavor profile. Just like their black peppercorns, there's no bad peppercorns or waste at the bottom.

The peppercorns itself are great. I didn't realize that it has proposition 65 warning. The website mentions it. Probably due to BPA can? I transferred the contents to a glass jar.

I've recently received my order of this "Regal Gourmet Peppercorn Medley - 8oz" I was quite disappointed with the ratio of colorful peppercorn as shown as advertised. I think, I could count about 10 in this container. So called Red Peppercorn was more of flakes as you can see... Will not be ordering this again.

These peppercorns are amazing. My husband grains them and uses them to make rubs for his bbq meats. I love to use them in my pepper grinder. I love the color of the medley and the flavor is delicious as well. It lasts a long time as well.

This medley tastes so much better than just black peppercorns. It is always in our peppercorn grinder, we have given the black peppercorns to our neighbors....!!!!!

I opened these meledy of peppercorns the other day and they were so fresh and spicy. It's not like the kind you buy in a supermarket where you only get a handful of pink peppercorns, you get an even distribution of each one.

I had never used a mixed peppercorn prior to trying this. I don't think I can ever go back to plain old black peppercorns. These are great!

I really like the gourmet peppercorn medley, I grind it in a small coffee grinder and used it with kosher salt for our burgers add great flavor without overpowering the burger.

This is a very colorful blend, that i like ti mix with a cheaper yellow corn. You are able to see a slight difference in the popped corn. People like it when they can see the color before hand. I display some kernels in a mason jar.

When I ordered the peppercorn Medley I really didnt know what I would get. I love the pink peppercorns but they can really get expensive so I was really happy to see the Peppercorns by Regal spice. They were very fresh and aromatic. Im actually going to replace my black peppercorns with the medley.

I received this peppercorn for use on my brisket, cooked this weekend and got so many raves about it with 3 more events to cater!! If anyone is curious it grinds down to 2 cups every 8 oz.

Thought this would be just something fun but it turns out that the taste of the peppercorns ground together is very fresh and earthy and has a little of a pine hint and very fresh so it is nice for a change from just black pepper- however it is stronger so not the same quantity should be needed in recipes. Pepper helps digest food and absorb vitamins and minerals especially calcium and is loaded with health benefits. This is a fun way to add it to recipes and would work for sauces and other things too whole and add color
