These leaves are so absolutely dry - would not recommend their use. If you do want to use these, only use it in a rehydrated state or in a sauce that is going to cook for a couple of hours so they have a chance to soften. Made the mistake of using these on a dry rub and they were literally like small tree branches.

Regal rosemary leave is great in cooking. I especially enjoy the different sizes they offer. I usually purchase the largest option since I use so much in cooking. Great product!

It seems to be the same product as name-brand and foodservice options, just at a lower cost. Win-win for us. That being said, I wish they offered a course ground rosemary option.

This rosemary has a great aroma and flavor. Perfect for roasted potatoes and steak. The label is large and easy to read when looking through the cabinet. The top is two-sided for dispensing at different speeds.

Regals rosemary leaves are top quality without the high price tag. I buy all of my herbs and spices from Webstaurant store becasue they are great quality but low in price.

SUPER SPEEDY SHIPPING. My only complaint is that I wish there was a 4 lb one container option to avoid waisting the extra plastic. I ordered two 2lbs and they came in separate plastic tubs which can be easily remedied. Other than that wonderful!

Regal makes a nice rosemary product. Some brands cut the rosemary into pieces so small that it is almost ground. Thankfully that is not Regal, The stems are cut to the right length and the taste is spot on.

Pretty decent rosemary flavor. These are nice dried rosemary leaves and most are in-tact. It's nice to get a bottle that isn't full of dust. The smell is good. I'm using it for dry rubs and it works well for that when I can get my hands on fresh rosemary.

What would roast lamb be without Rosemary. If you aren't lucky enough to have a fresh bush this will do quite nicely as a substitute. I also use for pot roast and roast poultry.

I swear this Rosemary is like walking out to the plant and pulling off some leaves. It smells so fresh right out on the jar.

Great in a pinch when fresh is not available. It grinds very easily with a mortar and pestle. I grind it to a powder for more delicates food where I don't want the stiff leaves, like lamb.

This rosemary did the job, but I was a little disappointed in the lack of aroma and flavor. It seemed a little stale. This could be because I'm used to using the fresh leaves from my garden - perhaps it is one of those things that doesn't dry very well.
