The Yurok Elders food program feeds 100-plus members a hot meal every week. Chef Ricardo needed larger amounts to make the meals more attractive and tasty. I purchased this for my seasoning blend. The paprika provided a great base upon which to build my blend. It was fresh and had a mild, earthy flavor.

Bought this by mistake and now use it often. Great flavor and consistent grind. Use it for many of our sauces and rubs. Would recommend this product.

Great product, we use mainly for our taco seasoning and have not had any issues. Price is great.
