solid onion powder. could be a touch sweeter, has a bit too much of a raw onion flavor, but all around its pretty solid. i'd buy again.

I wanted to try this sauce so bad because I heard that it's some of the best sauce you'll eat. But unfortunately I ordered twice and it never arrived because FedEx continue to damage it in route. I honestly think they stole it. Cause two times really fedex. Now I'm afraid to buy again because it may not make it to me. So disappointing.

This is everything you'd want in an onion powder. It's taste is not overpowering but still strong indicating quality and harvested at the correct time. It's texture is like that of powdered sugar allowing it to dissolve easily into dishes.

Homemade meatball production has been drastically sped up with the use of onion powder. No more slicing and dehydrating our own onions to make the powder.

This is more like Onion Flour. Not useful for seasoning meats. Would probably do well for seasoning liquids like soups or stews. If you are expecting what you would normally get at a grocery store then you need to order Granulated Onion. This is what I thought I was getting.. I am not rating it lower for my order mistake. I tried it and agree with some other reviewers in that it is not very strong and if you add more then you will end up with paste.

I definitely found a new place to buy all my seasonings!! It saves me so much money from ordering from the food distributor or even from buying form the bulk stores around my area.

The Regal onion powder is excellent! They have a smaller size too which I used to try out the brand and flavor first in my cooked dishes. I loved it so much that we switched to the Regal brand and have been using it ever since! Now we buy the larger 4lb size container since we go through it much faster. I like and appreciate that they offer multiple different sizes for your restaurant. Definitely recommend.

Spices at WebstaurantStore never disappoint! We use this onion powder in many of our recipes and it always has great flavor. The powder is different from the granulated onion powder do be sure you are ordering the right thing! It is a lite finer and can be a little clumpy. We still think it's a great product!

We bought this as a substitute for fresh onions which was becoming increasingly expensive. It turned out that we didn't get any onion aroma out of it unlike it's minced cousin. But the good news is that it turned out to serve us two purposes - soup thickener and spicy seasoning.
