We use this a lot during the holidays for ground ginger, we use in cocktails and hot plate dishes. Either way the flavors of ginger come out well.

The delivery was on time, the product was found properly sealed when opened. The ginger is very finely ground. The texture was smooth and was able to use it without hesitation. Smell and aroma were pleasant and what it should be. Mixing and cooking with it seems to be top notch. There is no reason not to indulge for another batch.

I love the large size of Regal ginger. Before I wasn't using as much ginger in my recipes because it was so expensive in the little bottles. Now I can be generous in adding ginger to all my recipes. I love how ginger can calm the stomach, so now I add it in every dish with this larger size!

This ground ginger has a mild ginger smell but the taste was definitely spicy. It paired well with the curry blend I created as well as a great additive to juices and tea.

Love the Regal ground ginger! It's quick and easy for when you don't have fresh ginger in house for spicing things but also is really great in a variety of baked goods and soups as well. Definitely recommend it. Like that it comes in a smaller 6oz size so I don't have to buy a large amount and store a large amount. It's affordable and great.

This is not a very high quality ground ginger, however, here price is the biggest selling point here. Good for outfitting a small kitchen and getting used to a variety of spices.

This ginger is really good. You can always go with grinding the root yourself but this is a great alternative when you in a pinch.

I realy enjoy using this to make cookies. I have also tried it with other recipes and exceeds other stores ginger spices. I highly recommend this product as it does very well and is ground uo quite fine for perfect blends.

We use this ground ginger as part of our house pickling brine. It is a good alternative to the more expensive product we were using for years. Good flavor and aroma.

It is hard to find bulk ginger powder. This is a good quality ginger at a reasonable price. It has a nice fresh ginger aroma and a smooth, non-bitter flavor. Some ginger powder has a bitter bite, but this is clean and smooth. Wonderful for everything from drinks to baking.

WebstaurantStore has the best value in spices that I have ever found. But just because it is a great value doesn’t mean that the taste and quality is less. The Quality and Taste is just as good, if not better than any brand I have used before.

I bought this 6 oz. just to try. I had a bottle of name brand, store bought ground ginger at home to compare it to. Everyone in my family preferred the Regal ground ginger over the store bought. I am now a fan of Regal spices!
