These fennel seeds have a fragrant smell and are packed with flavor. We use them to add a licorice taste and additional texture to pastries and breads. The flavor goes very well with sweet ingredients such as figs and apricots. These are good quality and the seeds are all in tact without many broken pieces.

I think I've reviewed just about every spice that Regal offers at this point! Highly recommend everything from their line. Have never been disappointed, and the fennel seed is no exception. Really appreciate the variation in sizes available to purchase as well.

Really good Fennel seed . Webstaurant does carry the best deals for bulk dried spices and herbs. Never stale, and the freshness lasts for quite a long time. Highly recommend. I use these in pan sauces, for making curry powder, and for adding to sausages.

I love to make this fennel seeds with tea. It just relaxes you with one tea spoon of honey its just perfect. It has other uses it with suprises you.

Regal Fennel Seed make a great addition to sausages. They have the strong liquorice scent with a mild heat you would expect from fennel seeds. I would recommend this to anyone who uses fennel seeds on a semi regular basis.

I use Fennel for a homemade drink called Kehwa. I use it as remedy for common cold and other problems. I like buying it from websturant because they have veriety of other spices too, so I can buy them together to reduce the shipping cost. Of price is great.

Great Fennel, these are full, whole seeds, not broken and very fresh. They have a full-body aroma and taste perfect to me, I use them in my pasta sauce by coarse crushing enough each time in a coffee grinder to release even more flavor and blend well with the other ingredients.

This is good quality fennel seed. It has that mild spiciness you would hope for. I recommend toasting before grinding to really amp up the flavor.
